Sensitivity can initially present itself as a burden, but it is actually a gift and a talent. Internalizing the belief that there is something wrong with us can lead to unhealthy coping strategies and cause us to lose a sense of who we really are. We should challenge the idea that we must be perfect and emphasize the importance of self-acceptance. We must accept ourselves fully in order to live a full life.
(0:13:40) - The Paradox of Self-Awareness (7 Minutes)
We can learn how to use our sensitivity in a skillful way to gain greater awareness of ourselves and our environment. To do this, we must practice honing our ability to listen and observe. We can start by getting quiet and listening to ourselves, noticing our thoughts, feelings, and reactions. To deepen our awareness, we can go for a walk and practice listening to our environment, noticing the sights and sounds around us. When making decisions, we can use our intuition to guide us by paying attention to how our body is responding. By leaning into our sensitivity, we can unlock the power of our gifts and talents.
(0:21:07) - Developing and Honoring Sensitivity (2 Minutes)
We all have the ability to develop our sensitivity and use it as a tool to propel us forward in life. Confronting Pain with Compassion for a Greater Joy
Pain is an unavoidable part of life that can be difficult to confront but is necessary to access a greater joy. Self-awareness and compassion are key to understanding and sympathizing with our own and others' pain, while avoidance strategies can lead to a feeling of grief for an unlived life. It is essential to address our pain and strive to release it in order to create positive change and experience what life has to offer with an open heart.
Pain is inevitable, but how we cope with it is unique to each individual. We often try to push it away by ignoring it, but this only masks the pain, rather than dealing with it. Self-awareness leads to greater awareness of others and can help us understand our pain and how to cope with it.
Everyone carries around their own pain in the form of grief. This is especially true when our dreams and aspirations have been rejected, and we have to settle for something less. Self-awareness and compassion are key to understanding and sympathizing with one another.
We often develop coping strategies of avoidance to protect ourselves from the pain of rejection and criticism. This leads to a feeling of grief for the loss of an unlived life, and can be overwhelming when we encounter our own pain. We need to trust our own individual process in dealing with it.
Pain can be a huge burden that stands in the way of creating positive change in our lives. It's important to address it and strive to release it, however we can, in order to move forward and begin anew. We often avoid pain because it is hard to handle, but it is important to confront it in order to have the space to experience what we want in life and find our way to wholeness.
Pain can change us, and if we let it, it can make us greater and give us an enlarged heart. Pain is a part of life that must be worked through in order to access a greater joy. Though it may seem like a paradox, it's all part of the process and can help us to experience a fuller life with an open heart.

Ultimately, we look at how we can use pain to help us grow, develop resilience, become wiser, and become stronger.
(0:26:04) - Embracing a Full and Heart-Centered Life (4 Minutes)
We consider the balance between feeling joy and allowing ourselves to feel fear of heartbreak. We discuss how we can remove some of the limitations we have placed on our lives out of fear, and how we can pursue what we want while still being mindful of the potential for heartbreak. Through this, we learn that the risks of pursuing what we want are worth it, and that we can use our experiences to help us find our way to the life we want.

Finding Balance: Experiencing Joy, Peace, Connection, and Passion Through Trusting the Flow of Life
"Letting the game of life come to you" is an expression that communicates an ease, comfort, and naturalness in life, rather than striving too hard and being anxious. Believing that you will get what you want without having to try hard or be perfect is a key to living a fulfilling life. Life is full of choices and we have far more control over our lives than we think.
Fear can tell us when something matters, and following our hearts and passions can be useful advice. However, we must be mindful to not become too obsessed with our pursuits and enjoy the journey. Trying too hard, living a maniacal life, and striving for joy can lead to imbalance.
Instead, we should find a balance between doing and non-doing, allowing things to come to us, and having faith that we can have what we want. We don't need to try as hard as possible to get and hold onto the things we want. Instead, we can trust that when the time comes, we'll know what to do and what's right for us.
We can stay open to possibility and let life come to us. Let go of trying to control everything and allow life to come to us. This is our greatest freedom - to choose what we do and don't do, what we value and don't value, and how we respond to life.
Experiencing and trusting the flow of life is key to finding joy, peace, connection and passion. Instead of filling our lives with frantic activity and fear, let's have faith, confidence, and trust in life and move with it, allowing it to come to us.

Embrace Your Desires and Live Life to the Fullest
Desire is an essential part of life and should not be demonized. It can be used positively to propel us forward and it can also be used negatively if we pursue choices that don't serve us. It is important to acknowledge and express our desires rather than make ourselves smaller.
We often try to conform to what others want, but we are ultimately making choices based on our own desires. We should be more mindful of our own wants and needs, and take time to get clear on what we want. Doing this will allow us to express our true selves and live life to the fullest.
Wanting is good and necessary; it's how life unfolds and allows us to experience new things and expand our perspective. We should honor our desires and ask if they are in line with our deepest values, so that we don't prevent ourselves from reaching the other side. We should not think of our desires as shameful but as a way to lead us to the life we truly want.
By recognizing, honoring, and trying our desires, we can create more room for love in our lives. We can choose to live a life of wanting and receiving, and see this as a cycle that never ends. We can start to tell ourselves "yes" and open our minds to the possibilities, and try to live a life that's centered around feeling good and doing good for ourselves.
We may find that the life we want is found through pursuing our desires. We should accept and honor what we really want and make it a priority in our lives. We can choose to follow our wants and desires, no matter how superficial or deep they are, and do so without fear of becoming "self-absorbed". We can then pursue our wants and experience a life that is more meaningful and fulfilling.

The Art of Just Being: Escaping the Trap of Overthinking and Embracing the Gift of Existence
Humans have the superpower of being able to ponder our own existence, but if overused it can become a burden. Mindfulness and meditation can reveal the noise and commentary our minds are constantly making, coloring our experience and setting us up for disappointment. The best way to simplify is to just exist and be underneath the thinking and judgments.
We always have the gift of just being, which brings peace, joy, appreciation, and gratitude. We are part of existence and creation, with a say in what we do and how we experience it. Taking time to be present in the moment can help us to remember this and be grounded and centered.
We can get caught up in thinking about achievement, accumulation and how we're perceived, but we can use mindfulness to reconnect with our fundamental state of existence and being. Experiencing our senses, connecting to being and finding a balance between hot and cold energies can help us live in a state of possibility and escape any limiting roles or assumptions. When feeling confused or uncertain, it's important to focus on being rather than trying to force a solution.
Waiting and being patient gives clarity and allows us to act when the time is right, resulting in a better experience and getting what we want. Instead of jumping into action when we don't know what to do, we can focus on our being and let solutions come to us. We can let go of trying to make things happen and just be.
When we do this, we can experience a state of supreme equality.

Unlocking Fulfillment: How To Embrace Our Desires and Lead a More Meaningful Life
We all have desires, and the ability to pursue them, but our beliefs can sometimes make us feel like we can't have what we want, and lead us to pursue our wants indirectly. Our desires are a reflection of who we are, and if we align with them, they can lead us to a more fulfilling and nourishing life. Feeling good is not bad; it is our direct experience of a higher power and it should be embraced.
We should question beliefs we have about life and ourselves that lead us to reject our own desires and squash our own joy. We should not be scared of our own ideas and attractions, and instead understand how our choices affect others and ourselves. It's important to engage with our desires, dreams, and ideas, even if they may cause harm.
We can explore them safely and listen to what they are trying to tell us about ourselves. Doing so will help us to truly know ourselves and not let our desires and dreams go unfulfilled. We don't have to be a slave to our denial of our desires--we can find a middle ground.
To really experience and inhabit what we want, we have to believe that we can have it, deserve it, and that it's for us. Start with the thought, "What would life be like if I actually believed I could have what I want?" and explore this to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves. See what happens when we change our minds, beliefs and accept ourselves by truly believing we can have what we want.

Compromise can be helpful in reducing conflict and creating a life free of unnecessary burden, but it's important to consider the context and situation before making any decisions. Life is dynamic and ever-changing, so it's important to approach it with self-awareness and wisdom to make the best decisions. Compromise, when over-applied, can be corrosive to our lives, making us smaller and forcing us to live in a life that is three sizes too small.
We must examine our own tendencies to settle for less and why we do it, and look at if it is serving us or not. We all have the capability to choose to live our lives honestly and without compromise, and this realization can be liberating. Ultimately, a well-lived life is ours to live and no one can do it for us.
It's important to not judge ourselves too harshly for our mistakes, as this can prevent us from learning from them and growing. We must be willing to accept the truth, even if it means acknowledging that we have caused ourselves harm. We can choose to make different choices in life, and not compromise on things that make us smaller.
We can choose to accept reality, honor the truth, and create something new. We can confront our past and let go of harsh judgments, to find grace and self-acceptance. Ultimately, we can choose fullness, and not settle for less.
We may have compromised too much in life, but we can choose to do differently and learn to not compromise when it's not appropriate. We can learn to honor and respect ourselves and find our way to a full life.

Empower Your Life: Building Courage and Confidence for Lasting Change
Change requires confidence, which comes from belief, knowing, faith, and consciousness. To increase these, courage is needed. As courage grows, so does confidence and the ability to create change.
To create the change we want in our lives, we need courage and confidence to commit to it fully, and drop our doubts. This is true for our visions, dreams, and desires; if we don't commit, we won't reach our ideal. We need the courage to let go of what doesn't serve us and have faith in what we truly want, even if it may be scary.
It may take time and be hard to create the change we desire, but we should be gentle with ourselves rather than harsh. We all have the power to choose and create change in our lives, but sometimes we need to be backed into a corner before we realize we are the hero in our own story who can make that change. We often search for solutions externally, but the power to save ourselves lies within us.
Through our own journey, we can find the courage and confidence to create the changes we long for. Ultimately, we are the ones who choose the direction of our life. We can choose to develop our confidence, courage, faith and belief to experience a deeper level of life.
To achieve this, we must have the courage to believe in our desires and trust our own vision. With this commitment, we can build meaningful and lasting change. We are willing to take on the challenge of being the hero and telling our own story, no matter how deep we must go.

The Forward March: Leaving the Past Behind and Embracing Life's Fullness
We can't go back in time and recreate past successes. We have to accept life on its own terms, cooperate, and participate in it in order to reap the rewards and fulfill our own life. We have to ask ourselves if we're doing too much, playing a role that isn't ours.
We can get too invested in trying to control our lives, which can lead to conflict and resistance. The cost of this resistance will be felt. However, we can't go backwards, and trying to do so will be imbued with the energy of the pain we're trying to escape.
We must choose to cooperate with life instead. We cannot move backwards and recreate the past, we can only move forward and create something new. If we want change, we have to experience it, and worrying only feeds our fears and pain, it doesn't actually do anything.
We often worry about the past and potential futures, trying to control them, but this isn't possible and it keeps us stuck in pain and fear. We must choose to move forward, cooperating with life and creation to find the courage to create our way out of our pain and live our way out of our fear. Cooperation is the way to get what we want and live a life that is fully alive.
Instead of resisting, we can choose to co-create and participate in life.

Unlocking the Key to Consciousness: A Journey to Self-Knowing and Being
The most important question in life is "who am I?", as our beliefs about ourselves are the source of both opportunity and conflict in our lives. We have the unique gift of being able to think about and examine our own consciousness. By exploring our own self-awareness, we can gain a better understanding of who we really are and find a deeper connection with the world around us.
We can move past superficial beliefs of ourselves and start to recognize our own unique identity. Ultimately, we can discover the origin of our own experience and gain a deeper sense of understanding of ourselves. Self-awareness is a paradox: the closer we get to our own core, the more we connect with everything else.
To explore our own consciousness, we must be honest about our motives and understand that all of us are flawed in some way. The goal is to get to the truth and the pathway to that truth is consciousness. To experience truth, we must be devoted to it.
We can do this by exploring our own sense of "I am" and dwelling in consciousness, connecting to the source of creation. Doing this can help us break away from our own self-centeredness and just be. We can find peace and joy by connecting with our core being and exploring our consciousness deeply.
Knowing who we are and what we really want can help us resolve our conflicts and create the life we really want. The key is to start with simply being and to allow our full awareness to expand. We are all connected to each other and to creation through the power of being.
We are all part of the same I AM, and all aspects of creation are equal. Find connection and peace in this.

Discovering Our Own Meaning and Truth in Life
We can use our senses to gain present moment awareness and understand the world we live in. Ultimately, truth and meaning are subjective and personal, and we can use our own experience, perspective, thinking, beliefs, and values to understand our own lives. Meaning is not fixed and can evolve with us as we learn and grow.
Life is fluid and dynamic, not static and confined, and hope for change is possible. We must be honest about what we really want, as what we think we want may be different once we get it. We often try to control our life circumstances in order to create the experience we want but this is misguided as circumstance is an effect, not a cause.
It's easier to focus on one circumstance, but any number of circumstances can create the same experience. We can try to control our lives by creating plans and reducing the steps to get what we want, but this can block the flow of life and prevent us from getting what we want. Instead, we should be open to different possibilities and understand that it's the outcome that matters, not the circumstance.
We can use awareness to understand the effect of desire and to open ourselves up to life and creation so that what we want can come to us. We get to choose our attitudes and beliefs to create our own truth and lead us to deeper, more meaningful understandings.

Moving From Making Things Happen to Letting Things Happen
We can be the cause of our own stagnation if we try too hard or are too rigid. We can be the obstacle to our own success if we don't cooperate with ourselves. The knowledge that we have full agency over ourselves can be a tremendous gift.
We have two ways of being: active or passive. It's important to find balance between the two so we can move fluidly between action and inaction, force and yielding. Doing this makes us powerful creators and gives us the ability to choose the right tool for the job.
Surrender is an ability to accept and cooperate with life, rather than trying to control it. It can look effortful, but is actually a way to join the flow of life and experience ease. It can help us to break away from our individualistic thinking and join the cooperation of creation.
We need to learn to cooperate with life instead of pushing against it. We can choose how we want to feel and life will reflect that back to us. If we start to listen to life, we may learn something unexpected.
We often strive to control our lives, but if we take a step back and listen to life, we can learn and grow. Life is always communicating to us, and if we pay attention, it can help us take a step closer to who we want to be. Life is full of balance; we need to learn to find a way to combine our activity and passivity, control and surrender, to find a third way and cooperate with life.
Life is always different and can't be fully controlled, but it's worth living and experiencing.

Unlocking Success and Fulfillment Through Intuition and Trust
We can try a lot of things to make our lives better, but without knowing what we want and how to get it, our efforts can be wasted. We can lose touch with life, forgetting how to listen and trust, and get wrapped up in expectations and plans. Without knowing what we want, it can be hard to find the right path.
We can't live our lives solely in our minds, as it limits our possibilities and potential. Our expectations and preconceived ideas can lead us away from potential success, as it stops us from trying something new. We can't achieve success by doing the same thing over and over.
Relying too much on routine and repetition can lead to a lack of joy and fulfillment. To move and grow, we must learn to change and do something new. Life can teach us to be creative and open again and find balance between our thinking and feeling.
We must learn to listen to and trust what life is telling us. We often believe that achieving our goals requires hard, painful work, but it doesn't have to be that way. To create a different experience and make a real change, it's important to learn how to listen and trust ourselves, be aware of our feelings and pay attention to what's really happening.
We can create a life of less effort and struggle when we listen to our desires, honor them, and trust that good things don't need to be hard to achieve. We can use our intuition to guide us to our true selves by trusting our instincts, listening to our lives, and honoring what we encounter. Following this path will lead to reunion with our missing or dormant parts.

The Path Less Miserable: Crafting a Fulfilling Life
When we want to create change in our lives, we often start by making different choices and looking at what we are currently doing to see how we can alter it. However, to make lasting change, we must also look at the purpose and motivation behind our choices, to ensure that they are an accurate reflection of who we truly are. We may think that we have to struggle to achieve our goals, but often this is an unnecessary route.
Instead, looking at the feelings we want to experience and allowing them to come in more unpredictably can be more beneficial. We can choose to feel a certain way regardless of our circumstances and we should never give up on our dreams just because of fear. We can create paths from anywhere to anywhere, and it doesn't have to be a miserable experience to get what we want.
Change can be better created by changing the outcomes we're pursuing to better align with our own unique value system. This shift can allow us to find easier paths to what we want and to feel the way we want without waiting for perfect circumstances. We have control over our lives and can create the feelings we desire by taking time to reflect on what we truly want and how we can achieve it.
We can pursue passion and joy through meaningful experiences, or realize that in the present moment, we don't lack anything, which is the real wealth and abundance we seek. Get clear on what matters to you, and start living that now. Experiment and see where it takes you.
Change your life by changing your pursuits to reflect who you really are. Walk with the destination and experience the feelings you want to create along the way.

Trying to control everything in life is impossible and unsustainable, and often our habits of pushing and trying too hard become obstacles to actually getting what we want. We should ask ourselves if all this pushing is necessary, if anyone actually needs or wants it. Often the simplest and easiest solution is the right one.
We often strive for perfection and search for more complex solutions than necessary when a perfectly valid and adequate solution has already been found. The best solutions often come when we least expect it and are not grandiose, just tailored and efficient. We often push for what we want, but this effort can create friction and obstacles that block us from actually receiving what we desire.
We must be open and clear about what we want in order to co-create a dialogue and receive the intended outcome. We need to trust and have faith in the creative process and not try to control it or push to make things happen. Instead, we should be aware of what we really want and acknowledge when the choices in front of us may not seem perfect, but might still be worth exploring.
Our desires can be hard to understand, but it's important to trust our feelings and judgment to lead us to what we want. Let go of pushing and allow our journey to unfold naturally.

To make meaningful changes in our lives, we must take action beyond just thinking. In order to be truly happy, we must break out of our individualism and seek union with others. This can be done through behavior and looking at how we act.
Taking action is necessary to achieve balance and find true oneness. We need self-awareness to make positive change in our behavior. We must pay attention to how we treat ourselves and others, and strive to dissolve the distinction between them.
This paradoxical idea of maintaining individuality while also connecting with oneness requires us to hold two conflicting ideas at the same time. Walking the path of oneness requires us to treat others as we would treat ourselves, to recognize the distinction between self and other is unnecessary and can lead to an imbalance of treating ourselves better or worse than others. Reconciling this imbalance is important for finding solidarity and union of the whole.
We can find balance between our individual expression and a sense of union with all that is by treating ourselves and others with kindness and equality. This doesn't mean ignoring our discernment or common sense - sometimes detachment is the kindest thing we can do. Living in the balance of individuality and connection is where the beauty of life is found.
We can foster oneness and unity by learning to blur the distinction between self and other, and by recognizing that we are all connected and part of the same oneness. In this way, we can create a space of acceptance and safety for everyone, and together we can grow and nurture our shared experience of unity.
