Happy New Year. xxx
As we are reaching the end of 2022 and reflecting on how the year as treated us and what we have done and accomplished, it might seem to some of you that you have done it all but let's forget the small things that could help us gain bigger things. For those who believe and know that they haven't done much there is still time...which is now. In this episode, I share 7 practical goals that should be your priority and part of your agenda for 2023. Remember, you don't have to start in 2023... you can start now!!!
In this episode I explain to you how I overcame my severe depression and anxiety. I explain to you what I exactly did, how I stay away from certain things that could possibly trigger me, the prayers I said and bible verses I used. I also, encourage you to hold on to life and provide wisdom (spiritually and biblically) and share a few words for anyone right now struggling with mental illness. I hope you all love this episode and can share it with someone else in need.
In this episode, I go deep with my story of realizing I had severe anxiety and depression. I start from the beginning of time, from childhood stories, to university (the episodes I suffered, the insomnia, the emotional exhaustion and all things that I experienced). This episode is just the start of what I went through but not the end, because this is a two part series (Pt.1 being this episode) and Pt.2 I really dive in and explain how I overcame my mental illness and how I ensure that it stays healthy and secure. I hope you enjoy this episode.
In this episode, I throw out all the negativity some people have to say on living alone and I share and pour out some advice and wisdom on the beauty of living alone in your 20's. I get pretty deep in this episode and explain why everyone should live or take the opportunity to live alone, without mom or/and dad, and learn to be alone. The joys that we can all experience while living alone, the lessons we are taught during this season and the temptations that you will probably go through. This episode is meant to encourage you and help you mentally in the next phase or the possible phase that you are in. Hope you love this episode. xxx
This episode I go a bit raw with my emotions, Yes I cry a bit, but that's me be transparent and honest with myself and with you. I explain to you my journey to practicing gratitude and how over the years it has changed me to be a better person, not just to people but to myself. I encourage everyone to practice gratitude in their lives and provide simple ways as to how to do so.
Trying to navigate a season that you're in can be quite challenging especially if you are living alone or no one understands you. In this episode, I discuss with you a certain event that sprung up emotions for me and how I dealt with them healthy and positively.
