The Making Changes, Breaking Barriers podcast is for anyone looking for something different from their day-to-day life. Change starts with YOU. And more specifically, change begins when we are honest about our starting point: our current routines and habits, our values, and our mindset.
My name is Kristina Williams (Coach K) and I love talking about personal and professional development. I will be honest with you, change is hard. The process of change will be uncomfortable. Real change takes real time, and we do not like to wait for the things we really want. In this podcast, I’ll discuss how you can start now in paving your own path, developing into the person you wish to be and creating the life you want to lead.
What qualifies me for such an endeavor? More than a decade of coaching, a graduate degree, and a lifetime of “figuring out” all the little thoughts in my own head that have held me pack, propelled me forward, and gotten me to where I am today.
