It's crazy how much stress can affect someone, in so many different ways! Michelle opens up this week and talks about her skin journey and accutane experience - it may have been short, but it definitely was crazy. Oh, and her doctor might've been a little... flirty... (consensually) #yikes. Hopefully this normalizes any acne experience you may be going through, or any insecurity for that matter. We're all going through something, but talking about it makes it 10x better!

This week we introduce you to the * main character * of our lives... Kate! Kate and Steph are not only sisters, but best friends, and their relationship is something so great - they are so similar and so opposite at the same time, but have such a respect and admiration for each other that goes beyond friendship… obviously a sisterly bond. How are they so close and how much effort does it take, or is their bond natural?

Sometimes it’s perceived that introverts are “less confident” than extroverts, because they’re simply not as outspoken or “loud” when it comes to sharing their thoughts and ideas publicly. We listened to The Power of Introverts, a Ted Talk by Susan Cain, that validated the fact that introverted qualities are different from being shy; it's all about how you respond to social stimulation. Would you rather go out, or stay in, or a little bit of both?

This week we fully babbled on about the different platforms and how they've changed over the years and the pressures, or communities they create. It’s a normal expectation that not every romantic relationship will last forever, but for some reason that same expectation isn’t placed on all friendships. We got a tad heavier this week, and reflected on some of the friendships we've had in the past that got a bit messy towards the end. At the end of the day, the end of a friendship doesn’t mean one or both friends are bad people, it just means the relationship wasn’t working. Hopefully this conversation is a step towards normalizing friendship breakups and helps anyone going through it!
