Rita Richa is the host of Bippity Boppity Business, a podcast focused on speaking with former Disney cast members and enthusiasts. She dives deep into topics such as leadership, the customer experience, storytelling, and project management to understand how Disney injects wonder through its work.
Before her podcast, she worked for some impressive corporations such as Tesla and BMW. From her time with these organizations, it taught her the importance of delivering an exceptional world-class experience for customers. It also showed her how these experiences are what gives some brands elite recognition amongst the rest.
She is now involved in production, podcasting, and content marketing. She worked at Sweet Fish Media for 2 years where she managed 13 B2B podcasts within the SaaS, Fintech, Marketing, Manufacturing, and technology spaces. Rita has produced deliverables (micro-videos, graphics, written content, social media) for 300+ episodes.

Nikole “Nikki” Barnes is an American Sailor who compete in the 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. Barnes was born in Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and started sailing when she was six years old. Nikole graduated in 2017 from the United States Coast Guard Academy. She is the first member of the Coast Guard to ever compete in the Olympic Games.
Dr. Claire Melancon is a fellowship-trained and double board-eligible facial plastic surgeon. Her residency training focused on ENT/head and neck surgery. She completed a fellowship with the world-renowned facial plastic surgeon Dr. Russell Kridel in Houston, TX. She has since moved back to the New Orleans area where she owns her own surgical practice that specializes in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Her goal is to help her patients rest and breathe easy while becoming their best and most beautiful selves. Before medical school, she grew up crafting her artistic skills in watercolor, ink, acrylic, and oil painting. She has an affinity for art, beauty , and proportion, making her an incredible and trusted facial plastic surgeon. Welcome, Dr. Melancon!
Katrina Young is an American diver, born in Washington. She competed for the United States in the Women’s 10-meter diving at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and in the 10-meter platform contest at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
Dr. Suma Maddox is board-certified in surgery and board-eligible in plastic surgery. She received her medical degree from New Orleans LSU School of Medicine in 2009. She completed her residency at Brown | Rhode Island Hospital in 2014 and worked for the Ochsner clinic in New Orleans performing General and Breast Surgery. In 2018, she returned to training and completed a fellowship in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at LSU in New Orleans. She currently practices in Lake Charles and New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Suma has extensive training in breast surgery and has focused her practice in reconstructive techniques and aesthetic surgery. Her motivation is to create an empathetic environment for her patients to feel cared for when exploring their desire for change. Dr. Suma is a wife, mother of 3, and a talented surgeon that has a wealth of knowledge to share! Welcome to the show, Dr. Maddox!

Casey Langteau Johnson has been painting her entire life. She earned her degree in Painting and Drawing from Louisiana State University. Her primary inspiration comes from the natural beauty of her home, New Orleans, Louisiana. However, Casey constantly searches for new ideas abroad, trying to spend as much time as she can in different parts of the world.
Casey hopes that her calming artwork inspires the viewer to slow down and enjoy the little things in life. It's hard to turn off the immense distractions of everyday life to see how inspiring the world can be, but her hung artwork can be a practical and timely way to enjoy it. Casey’s paintings have been brightening homes and lifting days since October 2015. She strives to continue making a house feel like a home full of charm with her southern artwork.

Kaillie competed in the two-woman bobsled event at the 2010, 2014, and 2018 Olympic Games for Canada. Winning Gold for her first two Olympic games and then receiving Bronze in 2018. She then competed for the US in 2022 in the Monobob sledding event and won another GOLD!

MyKayla Skinner is an American artistic gymnast. She was the 2020 Olympic Vault silver medalist and was an alternate for the 2016 Olympic team. She also competed for the University of Utah's gymnastics team and was a two-time NCAA champion.
In 2017, Jenny Watson shared her homemade elderberry syrup on Facebook with her friends & family. She wanted to share the natural syrup with them & what was helping keep her family healthy.
