Glinda transports Dorothy and Toto back to Oz. A brave munchkin, Ojo the Unlucky, escapes the fashion-challenged witch Mombi after bringing a patchwork doll to life with the witch’s potion. Mombi swears revenge, because she’s - well - a witch. Cue the winged monkey. Dorothy teams up with Ojo and Scraps, the Patchwork doll, after her falling house nearly clobbers them. They join her on a mission to find the Lost Princess of Oz and discover a genius bug with special knowledge about the missing Ozma.

Dorothy is welcomed back with open arms and reconnects with her old pals. She searches for the Lost Princess and the special charms Glinda needs to remove the witch’s spell. But Ojo breaks an Emerald rule and all kinds of trouble ensues.
