Welcome to the Agent Renovation Podcast's Learning Earning section, where we explore the fascinating connection between learning, dopamine, and the addictive nature of the real estate profession. As realtors, we understand the importance of continuous learning to stay competitive and achieve success in our field. In today's episode, we dive deep into the intriguing relationship between learning, dopamine, and how it shapes our journey as real estate professionals.
Research has shown that learning itself triggers the release of dopamine in our brains. Dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and reward, plays a vital role in our motivation and reinforcement of certain behaviors. When we engage in learning activities specific to real estate, such as attending industry conferences, participating in training programs, or even absorbing knowledge from books and podcasts, our brains reward us with a dose of dopamine. This surge of dopamine creates a pleasurable sensation and reinforces the neural pathways associated with the actions that led to the learning experience.
Interestingly, the brain changes that occur during the learning process bear similarities to the brain's response to addictive substances. Just as individuals who use addictive drugs experience increased dopamine activity, the brain of a realtor who engages in continuous learning exhibits similar patterns. This implies that the act of learning itself can become addictive, driving us to seek out more knowledge, refine our skills, and ultimately become better real estate professionals....
Today's episode delves into an issue at the forefront of the minds of real estate professionals: the balance between technology and humanity in our industry. The rise of Artificial Intelligence has left many wondering where human connection fits into the real estate business.
First off, we need to address the capabilities of AI. While the technology can perform many tasks like data analysis, market trend identification, and even automate some aspects of customer relationship management, it has its limitations. It lacks the ability to comprehend human emotions, which is a significant part of real estate transactions. Let's face it; nobody buys a home just because the data points to it being a sound investment. They buy homes where they can envision their future, where they feel a sense of connection, and that's where you come in as a realtor.
The Competitive Edge of AI in Real Estate
AI isn't just a flashy new tool; it's becoming an essential part of the real estate ecosystem. To stay competitive, you need to be prepared for the AI revolution. In today's episode, let's explore strategies to AI-proof your business and ensure long-term success.
Before you can effectively integrate AI, you need to understand its capabilities and limitations. Stay updated on AI trends in the real estate sector, including property valuation algorithms, CRM systems, and virtual tours, to name a few.
Understanding the AI Landscape
The Need for Resilience in Real Estate:
In an industry as volatile as real estate, resilience isn't a luxury; it's a necessity. But how do you build a business that can weather any storm? AI technology could be a cornerstone of your strategy. Let's dig into how.
AI isn't just a tool; it's a framework for thinking ahead. It can analyze market trends, anticipate consumer behavior, and even predict property values. Familiarize yourself with the range of AI tools available. Start with AI-powered CRM software that can analyze market trends and customer interactions.
One of the most powerful ways to use AI is predictive analytics. It helps you forecast market movements, anticipate customer needs, and mitigate risks. Use predictive analytics to understand market trends. Share these insights with your team to develop data-driven strategies.
Future-Proofing with AI: The BasicsAI as a Risk Mitigator: Predictive Analysis
First and foremost, skills. In a world of automation and artificial intelligence, your unique skill set is your ultimate competitive advantage. AI can handle data analysis, scheduling, and even customer segmentation, but it can't replace a skilled realtor's intuition, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
As a realtor, you navigate a complex world filled with diverse perspectives, intricate negotiations, and ever-changing market dynamics. In such an environment, it is crucial to recognize the impact of different thinking patterns on your interactions, decision-making, and overall success. One set of thinking patterns that can significantly influence your professional journey is absolute, distorted, and black and white thinking.
Absolute thinking is characterized by the tendency to view situations, events, or people as entirely one way or another, without considering any nuances or complexities. This rigid cognitive style limits your ability to see the full spectrum of possibilities and adapt to new information or changing circumstances. When engaging in absolute thinking, you may struggle to find creative solutions, as you are unable to think flexibly or consider multiple options. As a realtor, embracing a more open-minded approach that acknowledges the diverse perspectives and complexities of the real estate market can enhance your problem-solving skills and lead to more successful outcomes.
Distorted thinking, also known as cognitive distortion, refers to a pattern of irrational or inaccurate thoughts that can lead to negative emotions, maladaptive behaviors, and psychological distress. Distorted thinking arises from unconscious biases, faulty assumptions, or negative thought patterns that have been internalized over time. It encompasses a broad range of cognitive errors and negative biases, such as overgeneralization, catastrophizing, personalization, and all-or-nothing thinking. Recognizing and challenging distorted thinking patterns is crucial for maintaining your mental well-being and ensuring sound decision-making in your real estate endeavors....
Today we're talking about how you, as a realtor, can navigate change effectively and view Artificial Intelligence as an ally rather than a threat. Time's ticking, so let's get started.
The real estate industry has changed more in the past couple of years than in the preceding decades. And the key driving force behind this acceleration? Artificial Intelligence. No matter where you stand on the AI spectrum, the fact remains: change is here. You can either choose to adapt or get left behind.
Change Is Here, Like it or Not
Why AI is a Game-Changer
AI isn't just a buzzword; it's a fundamental shift in how businesses operate. In real estate, AI has the potential to handle data analytics, customer service, and even predictive forecasting. If you're still stuck in traditional methods, it's high time to reconsider. Not leveraging AI is like ignoring the advent of the internet two decades ago.
Let's start with efficiency. Real estate is a time-intensive business. You're juggling multiple clients, properties, and deadlines. Automated AI systems can handle tasks like sorting through leads, managing your calendar, and even automating follow-ups.

Welcome to the Agent Renovation Podcast, where we explore the strategies and insights that transform real estate agents into industry powerhouses. In today's episode, we're diving into an essential aspect of client satisfaction: communication and providing updates throughout the buying or selling process. Join me as we uncover the best practices for keeping your clients informed and engaged every step of the way.
Effective communication is the foundation of a successful client-agent relationship. As a real estate agent, it's crucial to establish clear channels of communication and set expectations with your clients from the start. By doing so, you create a sense of trust and ensure that both parties are on the same page throughout the process.
One of the first steps in effective communication is understanding your clients' preferred method of communication. Some clients may prefer phone calls, while others may prefer emails or text messages. Take the time to ask your clients how they prefer to be contacted and make an effort to accommodate their preferences.
Regular updates are key to keeping your clients informed and engaged. Establish a communication schedule and proactively provide updates at significant milestones in the buying or selling process. This could include updates on property showings, offers received, negotiations, inspections, and any other pertinent information.
In addition to regular updates, be responsive to your clients' inquiries and concerns. Promptly reply to emails, calls, or messages, and address any questions or issues they may have. Your responsiveness shows your clients that you value their input and are committed to providing exceptional service.
Transparency is vital when communicating with clients. Be open and honest about the progress of their transaction, any challenges that arise, and any changes in the market conditions that may impact their buying or selling experience. Transparency builds trust and helps manage client expectations throughout the process.
Utilize technology to streamline communication and provide real-time updates to your clients. Consider using client portals or transaction management platforms that allow clients to access relevant documents, view updates, and track progress. This not only enhances communication but also demonstrates your commitment to utilizing technology for their benefit........
As a realtor, you understand the importance of finding innovative solutions and staying ahead in a competitive market. That's why in today's discussion, we're diving deep into the concept of multi-directional thinking and how it can elevate your real estate game.
Picture this: You're faced with a complex real estate challenge, whether it's negotiating a tough deal or finding the perfect property for a demanding client. Instead of relying on a single perspective, multi-directional thinking encourages you to explore various angles and consider multiple viewpoints. By doing so, you open yourself up to a world of possibilities and uncover new insights that can make all the difference.
When you adopt a multi-directional thinking approach, you break free from the limitations of a one-sided mindset. You become an adaptable problem solver who can identify critical aspects that others may overlook. By considering different perspectives, you gain a deeper understanding of your clients' needs, preferences, and motivations. This allows you to tailor your approach and provide customized solutions that truly resonate with them.
But multi-directional thinking is not just about understanding your clients better; it's also about outshining your competition. In a crowded real estate market, finding unique solutions and offering fresh perspectives can set you apart from the rest. It demonstrates your ability to think outside the box, anticipate challenges, and create value for your clients....

Welcome to the Agent Renovation Podcast, where we explore the fascinating world of human development and its implications for our potential as realtors. In today's episode, we dive deep into the question: "Are we capped in our abilities, or is there untapped potential within us?"
When it comes to intelligence, scientists have presented varying perspectives on the extent to which it is influenced by genetics. Some argue that up to 80% of the variability in intelligence scores can be attributed to genetic factors, while others estimate a heritability of just 20%. And then there are those who believe that intelligence cannot be inherited at all. With such diverse viewpoints, it becomes crucial to reconsider the language we use to describe intelligence and instead focus on recognizing individuals who may have a genetic predisposition for a particular talent.
However, it's important to note that having the genetic potential for a talent doesn't guarantee its development. Just as a person may have the innate ability to become a great chess player, without access to a chess board and proper training, their talent may never fully develop. This highlights the significance of the environment in nurturing and capitalizing on one's genetic potential...

Welcome back to Agent Renovation Podcast! I'm your host, Ashley, and in today's episode, we're diving deep into a topic that many realtors encounter: how to handle challenging or difficult clients and situations. We all know that the real estate industry can present its fair share of obstacles, but by developing effective strategies and honing your communication skills, you can navigate these challenges with grace and professionalism. So, if you're ready to learn valuable insights and practical tips on handling difficult clients or situations, let's get started!
Handling challenging or difficult clients and situations is a skill that every realtor needs to master. Whether it's a demanding client, a contentious negotiation, or unexpected roadblocks, knowing how to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented is essential. In this episode, we'll explore various strategies and techniques that can help you effectively manage these challenging interactions and maintain positive relationships with your clients.
The first step in handling challenging clients or situations is to practice active listening. Take the time to fully understand their concerns, frustrations, or expectations. By actively listening, you demonstrate empathy and show that you genuinely care about their needs. This not only helps you gain a better understanding of the situation but also lays the foundation for finding common ground and working towards a resolution.
Another crucial aspect is setting clear expectations from the beginning. Clearly communicate your role, responsibilities, and the limitations of your services. By managing expectations upfront, you can avoid misunderstandings and prevent potential conflicts down the line. Ensure that your clients have a realistic understanding of the market conditions, the buying or selling process, and any potential challenges they may face.
When faced with a difficult client or situation, it's important to remain calm and composed. Emotions can run high in real estate transactions, and it's your role as a professional to maintain a level head. Take a step back, breathe, and respond thoughtfully rather than reacting impulsively. Remember, your goal is to find a solution that satisfies all parties involved.
Sometimes, it may be necessary to bring in a third-party mediator or enlist the help of a colleague or supervisor. Seeking an outside perspective can provide a fresh outlook and help resolve conflicts more effectively. Don't hesitate to reach out for assistance when needed. It's a sign of strength and commitment to providing the best service possible......
In today's episode, we focus on the crucial aspect of determining the right listing price for a property. The listing price plays a significant role in attracting potential buyers, generating interest, and ultimately achieving a successful sale. We highlight the importance of setting an accurate listing price and discuss how it impacts the overall success of a real estate transaction.
An accurate listing price is essential for several reasons. Firstly, it helps position the property competitively in the market, ensuring that it stands out among similar properties. Pricing a property too high can discourage buyers and lead to a prolonged time on the market, while pricing it too low may result in missed opportunities for maximizing the property's value.
We explore various factors that influence the determination of an accurate listing price. These include market conditions, such as supply and demand dynamics, recent sales data of comparable properties, and the property's unique features and condition. By considering these factors and conducting a thorough analysis, Realtorscan arrive at a listing price that reflects the true market value of the property.
Furthermore, we discuss the implications of an inaccurate listing price on the overall sale process. Pricing a property too high can lead to a lack of interest from potential buyers, resulting in extended days on the market and potential price reductions down the line. On the other hand, pricing it too low may generate quick offers but could potentially leave money on the table for the seller.
By understanding the importance of setting an accurate listing price, Realtors can effectively guide their clients through the pricing process and optimize the chances of a successful sale. Join us as we delve into the intricacies of determining the right listing price and the impact it has on real estate transactions.

As a realtor, you're constantly faced with unique challenges and the need for innovative solutions. That's where lateral thinking comes into play. In today's discussion, we're diving deep into the world of lateral thinking and exploring how it can revolutionize your approach to problem-solving.
Lateral thinking is all about thinking outside the box and breaking free from conventional patterns and assumptions. It's about challenging the status quo and exploring unconventional solutions or approaches to problems. Instead of following the beaten path, lateral thinking encourages you to take a detour, explore new avenues, and discover possibilities that others may overlook.
Imagine encountering a real estate dilemma that seems insurmountable. It's easy to get trapped in a rigid mindset and approach the problem from the same angle as everyone else. But with lateral thinking, you break free from these constraints and unleash your creative powers. You ask yourself, "What if there's a different way to approach this? What if there's an unconventional solution waiting to be discovered?"
One classic example of lateral thinking is the "nine dots" puzzle. The challenge is to connect all nine dots using only four straight lines without lifting the pen from the paper. At first glance, it seems impossible. But lateral thinking comes into play as you start thinking beyond the boundaries of the dots. By drawing lines that extend outside the confines of the dots, you discover a solution that defies conventional expectations. This puzzle demonstrates the power of lateral thinking in tackling seemingly impossible problems and finding innovative solutions....

Welcome to the Agent Renovation Podcast, your ultimate resource for transforming and revitalizing your real estate career. I'm thrilled to have you join us for today's episode, where we'll delve deep into a fundamental lesson that every realtor should embrace: the incredible power of being proactive.
When we break down the term "pro-active," we can see that it consists of two parts: "pro" and "active." The prefix "pro" means "in favor of" or "supporting," indicating a positive and proactive approach. On the other hand, the word "active" implies engagement, participation, and movement towards a goal. So, being "pro-active" essentially means being in favor of taking action, being ahead of the game, and not waiting for opportunities to come to you, but actively seeking them out.
In the fast-paced world of real estate, it's not enough to simply be "active" in your business, doing what needs to be done without taking the initiative to go above and beyond. Being proactive means taking that extra step to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and take action to achieve your goals. It's about being intentional and purposeful in your actions, not just going through the motions.
Now, you might wonder how this concept of being proactive applies to success in your real estate career. Well, let's consider a few examples. Think of a "pro player" in sports. They don't just show up and play; they put in the extra time and effort to train, strategize, and improve their skills. Similarly, in business, a proactive approach means constantly looking for ways to innovate, grow, and stay ahead of the competition, rather than waiting for problems to arise before taking action....

Welcome to the Agent Renovation Podcast, where we dive into topics that empower real estate agents to elevate their mindset and skills. In today's episode, we're going to challenge the notion that thinking is something we inherently know how to do. Join me as we explore why traditional education systems often fall short in teaching effective thinking strategies and the value of developing critical thinking skills.
Critical thinking is a fundamental cognitive skill that involves actively and objectively analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing information to form well-reasoned judgments and decisions. It goes beyond simply accepting information at face value and instead encourages individuals to question, challenge, and explore different perspectives and assumptions. Critical thinking enables us to think independently, identify logical fallacies, recognize biases, and make informed choices based on evidence and sound reasoning.
One of the key reasons why critical thinking is important is its role in problem-solving. By employing critical thinking skills, individuals can effectively identify and define problems, analyze the underlying causes, and develop innovative and practical solutions. Critical thinkers are adept at breaking down complex issues into manageable parts, evaluating the pros and cons of various options, and making informed decisions that have a higher chance of success....

We will discuss a fundamentalyet often overlooked aspect of effective communication andrelationship-building: the art of listening. As we delve deep into theintricacies of this crucial skill, prepare to unlock the hidden potentialwithin your conversations and elevate your connections with others tounprecedented heights.
In our fast-paced lives, it's easy to fall into the trap ofsurface listening, where we merely skim the surface of what is being saidwithout truly delving into the underlying meaning. We may find ourselvesoffering unsolicited advice, interrupting our conversation partners, orassuming that their experiences mirror our own. However, the power lies inengaging in empathetic listening, a transformative practice that involves activelyseeking to understand the profound significance behind each spoken word. Byimmersing ourselves in this empathetic listening approach, we activate what werefer to as the listening loopβa profound cycle of understanding, resonance, and connection.
Yet, how do we cultivate thisessential skill? The answer lies in the cultivation of self-awareness. To bepresent in our conversations, we must first become acutely aware of our owntendencies and biases that may hinder our ability to truly listen. Byrecognizing the moments when we inadvertently make the conversation solelyabout ourselves, we can shift our focus to genuinely learn from and comprehendthe perspectives of our conversation partners. Curiosity becomes our guidinglight, propelling us to embrace a thirst for knowledge and a genuine desire toexplore the intricacies of our unique experiences.

As a real estate agent, managing your resources effectively is vital to your success. Whether you're a new agent or an established one, finding ways to leverage and maximize your resources can give you a competitive edge in the industry. In this article, we will discuss a winning strategy that involves partnering with a new development to get your marketing flyers paid for. By utilizing this approach, you can obtain valuable marketing materials without straining your budget.
Building Successful Partnerships:
Partnering with a new development in your area can be a game-changer for your marketing efforts. By collaborating with the developer, you can negotiate a mutually beneficial arrangement that benefits both parties. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to make it happen.
Welcome to another lesson of Agent Renovation! In today's episode, we'll be discussing the art of negotiating with clients. As a real estate agent, knowing what to say and how to approach these conversations is crucial for achieving successful outcomes. So, let's dive in and explore key phrases and strategies that can help you navigate negotiations with clients effectively, whether you're discussing commission rates, fees, or transaction terms.
First and foremost, it's essential to establish your value as a real estate agent. Begin the conversation by sharing your expertise, experience, and success stories to demonstrate your ability to deliver results. For instance, you might say, "As a real estate agent with over ten years of experience, I've successfully helped numerous clients buy and sell properties, often exceeding their initial expectations." By establishing your value upfront, clients will have confidence in your abilities and be more receptive to your proposals.
Welcome to another episode of Agent Renovation, the podcast that helps real estate agents elevate their skills and thrive in their careers. In today's episode, we'll be diving into the topic of negotiating with clients and specifically discussing what NOT to say during the negotiation process. As important as it is to know what to say, understanding what to avoid can make all the difference in building strong client-agent relationships and achieving successful outcomes. So, let's get started!
One crucial rule to remember when negotiating with clients is to avoid making guarantees or promises you can't keep. It's tempting to offer unrealistic outcomes to impress clients, but this can actually harm your credibility and damage the trust you've built. Instead, be honest about the process and set realistic expectations. For example, rather than saying, "I guarantee I can sell your property within a week," emphasize the steps involved and provide a realistic timeline.

Your Appearance and Clothing:
Your appearance carries tremendous weight in making a positive impression on homeowners during door knocking expeditions. Dressing in a professional and appropriate manner for the neighborhoods you'll be visiting is paramount. Take into account the demographics and cultural norms of the area, ensuring your attire aligns harmoniously. A polished, professional appearance not only instills confidence in homeowners but also underscores your unwavering dedication to your craft. Consider donning comfortable yet presentable garments that reflect your professionalism and meticulousness. A tidy, well-groomed appearance helps establish trust and credibility with potential clients. Remember, first impressions hold significant sway, and your appearance sets the tone for your ensuing interactions.
Expired listings represent a unique opportunity in your follow-up efforts. These homeowners have already expressed their intention to sell, but for various reasons, their listings have expired without a successful sale. By focusing on expired listings, you can tap into a motivated pool of sellers who are actively seeking the expertise and guidance of a real estate professional like yourself.
Persistence and consistency are key when it comes to following up with expired listings. It's essential to develop a system that allows you to track and stay in touch with these leads effectively. Consider using tools and resources that help you monitor the MLS for expired listings and set up alerts, ensuring you're among the first to contact the homeowners. By being proactive and dedicated in your follow-up efforts, you demonstrate your commitment to helping homeowners achieve their goals.

Why Expired Listings Matter: The Benefits and Opportunities
Expired listings are a treasure trove of untapped opportunities for diligent real estate agents. By comprehending the dynamics of expired listings and harnessing their potential, agents canunlock numerous advantages:
Generate new leads: Expired listings represent homeowners who haven't successfully sold their property, making them potential clients for agents seeking fresh opportunities. Tapping into this pool of sellers can help agents build a robust pipeline of leads.
Build relationships with sellers: Agents can demonstrate their expertise and commitment by helping sellers understand the reasons behind the expiration and presenting tailored solutions to address their unique challenges. This relationship-building process can lead to long-term clients and referrals.
Increase sales: By converting expired listings into active listings and ultimately closing deals, agents can boost their sales numbers and overall performance. Successfully managing expired listings can also lead to increased commissions and bonuses.

Real estate coupons, specifically community coupons, are a powerful tool to establish your presence and build connections within the community you serve. When you engage in door knocking and farming activities, it's essential to go beyond being just another sales agent. Community coupons convey the message that you genuinely want to be a part of the community and actively contribute to its growth. By collaborating with local businesses and offering exclusive discounts or promotions, you demonstrate your commitment to supporting the local economy. This approach not only benefits the businesses but also helps you integrate seamlessly into the community, establishing trust and rapport with potential clients. Embracing community coupons is a strategic way to showcase your dedication and differentiate yourself as a realtor who truly values the community they serve.
When a realtor is door knocking to engage with potential clients, offering a value proposition can be an effective strategy to grab their attention and create a positive impression. One way to provide value is by handing out coupons for local businesses. Here's how a realtor can incorporate this approach:

In todayβs video, I want to talk about rejection.
Rejection is part of the real estate game. Do not let it keep you from reaching any of your professional goals.
You must mentally prepare yourself to be rejected. Expect that rejection is possibly on the other side of every door or every real estate conversation. Know that it's coming and be ready with how to handle it. Don't let it keep you from establishing a great real estate career.
Rejection is really just a measure of progress. The goal is to get better at your game, right? So if you are facing rejection, it is helping you! Itβs helping you learn where you can improve your game. So as long as you're always learning how to get better, great! It doesnβt matter that you missed a shot along the way while learning.
So ask yourself this. What are you afraid of? If youβre afraid of rejection at the door, I can help you with that.
Orβ¦are you afraid of taking action?
Your hesitation might be disguising a different fear. Your fear of success.
What would happen if you started taking action? What would happen if you met your goals? How would meeting your goals change your game?
It might change your life, right?
When you are avoiding something, it is important to ask yourself this: why are you avoiding it?
Think about it this way. Do you avoid small actions or decisions? No. But do you avoid bigger moves and decisions? Probably. Why is that?
.
You know you are about to take some big steps forward and THAT feeling is scary. Progress can be scary. Change can be scary.
The fact that you are afraid of taking action is all the more reason to take action. You know that those steps are going to help you make some big moves.
People avoid taking action because itβs the big moves and decisions that scare them.
In todays episode we will be talking about the
You need to pass levels in each of your games to progress. Once you complete a level, you either meet your target or the next level on your path opens for you.
The sooner you pass your levels, the faster you acquire resources and gain skills and experiences required to meet your targets and goals. Why wouldnβt you want to do this as soon as possible to move forward?
Before you start thinking that passing levels is easy, itβs not. You must do the work. You want to pass the levels as soon as you can BUT you need to be ready to put in the work to pass the challenges.
The obstacles and challenges you need to pass are part of the lessons you need to learn. This is especially true when you aim for large goals. Sometimes, when the path starts to look difficult, itβs just a signal that you need to learn something. When you want to really level up or when you are chasing life-changing goals, you need to expect level challenges. The path isnβt always going to be easy. The closer you get to your big goals, the more challenges may pop up.
Iβm not telling you this to scare you. Iβm just telling it to you like it is.
Level challenges are both a lesson and a test. They are there to show that you learned the lessons. They show that you are REALLY committed to your goals. Youβre not just saying you want something. Youβre working for it.
You wonβt get far in the game with wishy-washy intentions or a lack of reliability. You need a persistent attitude when times get tough. When you prove yourself, your commitment is answered with success. THAT is how you pass the levels.
Once you really understand this, youβll start passing levels in your career faster. There isnβt any real shortcut other than doing the work.
In today's episode, we will be talking about Why play βthe door knocking gameβ in real estate?
Real estate is not as tricky as you may think.
As an industry, what we do and how we do it to accomplish success barely changes.
When it does change, it changes only slightly.
In terms of how agents practice and perform their job, there havenβt been any radical revolutions in the real estate industry in decades.
The foundation and the fundamentals remain the same.

In today's episode, we will be talking about putting yourself first in your game:
In your real estate game, youβll pass many levels on your way to becoming a top producer.
Itβs important to know that because your real estate game is your own, and you are the only one in your game, your intention is not to 'beat' others.
Inevitably, you will rise above others whenever you move to your next level.
However, even when you are rising above others, you are not competing with or against them.

In today's episode, we will be talking about the reason behind why you get up every day for your agent life.
Ask yourself this.
Up until now, have you been just working or working for something?
Thereβs a huge difference, and itβll be what makes or breaks you in this game.
Not actively working for something will not only leave you exhausted, but it will also leave you unfulfilled.

Itβs important to have a clear definition between your private life and your business. I do not want to work with my friends. I do not want to sell real estate to my friends. Doing so is a bad strategy in real estate. Having listings and leads connected to other parts of your life will hinder your game. You can also ask yourself, Do I want to compromise my friendships? The answer is likely no.
