Before BlackRock, Philip was the Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Columbia University in charge of the development, design and construction of the University’s highly acclaimed 17-acre, $6 billion mixed use academic campus in West Harlem and also led Time Warner’s global real estate portfolio managing over 1 million square feet of space for both their office and broadcast centers.
