5 steps for Planning Instruction:

Differentiate to decide what concepts to incorporate and what platforms to use.
Don't go it alone. See if you can get help from someone (coach and/or veteran Workshop teachers).
Do the prep - have a visual for you and the kids. Which stations they're going to and in what order. Which students should be in the same group.
Communicate your expectations and hold them accountable.
Choose leaders. *see slide deck above.
