He was a charismatic, influential, and well-known member of the Black Panther Party. He played a significant role during his time in the party, particularly in advancing the idea of a multicultural alliance of oppressed groups, unity of working-class blacks and whites, and a simultaneous struggle against class oppression, racism, and imperialism.

Emmett Louis Till, born on July 25, 1941, tragically lost his life on August 28, 1955, at the age of 14. He was a young African American boy who was abducted, tortured, and ultimately lynched in Mississippi by domestic terrorists.

The Haitian Revolution has often been described as the largest and most successful slave rebellion in the Western Hemisphere. Enslaved people initiated the uprising in 1791, and by 1803, they had ended not just slavery but French control over the colony.

Black Wallstreet, Also known as the Greenwood District, was a prosperous African American community in Tulsa, Oklahoma, from the early 1900s to the 1920s. It was named Black Wall Street by Booker T. Washington for its impressive economic growth and success. The construction of Black Wall Street began in the early 1900s when African American settlers arrived in Tulsa after the famous Land Run of 1889, which saw the opening of vast lands in the Western United States.
