SPILL is a visual conversation app that is the de facto place to discuss and discover culture. SPILL’s conceit solves key issues that weren’t fully considered when many global social platforms were being built almost two decades ago. The name, of course, is shorthand for the colloquialism “spill the tea” which means “to tell the truth.” Utilizing large language model AI and blockchain technology, Spill is designing for intentional community building, a stronger advertiser and creator ecosystem, and more nuanced content moderation.
Most importantly, Spill recognizes and rewards culture drivers, frequently voices from the most marginalized groups that determine a platform’s relevance early on.
SPILL’s priority is to create a rich destination to discuss and discover culture. Notable figures “Spilling” on the platform include entertainer Amber Riley, actor Sinqua Walls, actress Antoinette Robertson, rapper Baby Tate and more. Early users are discussing news and current events, entertainment, personal updates and SPILL itself. They’ve dubbed themselves #BaddiesofSPILL, #ZaddiesofSPILL (this could be great to start from from a digital culture of sex perspective) and #Spillioniaries, recent graduates are “#SPILLmanGrads,” and #WakeUpNSPILL is a new morning habit. The select group of beta testers also will now have “Golden Tickets” through which they can invite others to join them on the platform.

I'm from Virginia, But not the Virginia that comes to mind when you think of Virginia. Richmond, Fairfax, Virginia Beach. I'm from the town of Tazewell. A one redlight town in the panhandle of the state. Years of classes including a masters from VCU, odd jobs and an economic crash or two, I found myself working at Wieden + Kennedy, the place in Portland Oregon that makes those Nike commercials. I made work I loved, I made friends I love. Then I made the decision to keep growing which brought me to Google where I've continued to make meaningful pieces of communication, Black girl magic and Most searched Black history month, and co-founded the Brand Studio fellowship program.

Whether it’s inspiring or enticing audiences on digital platforms, or crafting stories for broadcast and streaming networks, Tracey Lincoln’s innate desire is to make space for audiences to explore their humanity, and connect with characters through content that intrigues. Simply put, Tracey just loves making stuff.
As a Los Angeles native, her work in entertainment is a natural fit, as her past work at FX Networks, Hulu, Google, Disney and Paramount Pictures have allowed her to produce and direct award-winning content for series like Atlanta, American Horror Story, Marvel's Legion and more.
For Tracey, content is more than "king"— it’s a visual adventure that drives connection. Giving life to stories and content is kind of her thing, and she’s always been drawn to projects that tap both creative and strategic juices. She’s left brain, and right brain. Her current role and work at Parkwood Entertainment has further amplified this connection, as she serves as the Director, Social Media.
Through her company, Athens Park Media, she's created and executive produced a web series, documentary and short films. Her team is currently in development and production on projects that will begin launching this year.

Tracey Coleman is Creative Director and multicultural marketing maven with over 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising. Tracey began her career in New York City as an Art Director at Ogilvy, where she was trained on the fundamentals of traditional advertising by industry giants. Like a typical millennial, she soon grew weary of tradition and left the company for a hip, boutique agency that specialized in multicultural marketing, celebrity events, beauty and spirits.
That’s where things got interesting.
At Walton Isaacson, Tracey led creative teams for Clear Ultra Shea Hair & Scalp (Unilever) and Courvoisier cognac where she curated integrated campaigns and unique experiences. Over the years, her expertise and thought leadership on multicultural beauty has been requested at speaking engagements, agency pitches, and presentations for Fortune 500 companies.
After becoming an independent consultant in 2014, Tracey spent most of her time leading the growth of the Cantu hair care brand. As the global lead of brand activation, she relaunched the brand’s identity on social media, executed award-winning events across the country, and helped elevate the brand from #4 to #2 in textured hair care in the United States.
Somewhere along the way, she realized that women of color needed more than the beauty ads and influencer tutorials that brands were creating to attract their attention. They needed a place to connect, be seen and be celebrated. Curly Girl Collective was born to meet that need, by creating innovative beauty events for women of color. Their largest event, CURLFEST, which began in 2014, has attracted over 75,000 guests, and has become a destination experience attended by women from as far as Ethiopia, South Africa and Switzerland.
In between work, travel blogging, events, and speaking engagements, she finds time to serve underserved communities abroad through her award-winning nonprofit organization, Purpose Driven Passports.
Tracey’s work has been recognized by Forbes, The New York Times, ESSENCE, and Adcolor to name a few, but the common thread across these accolades is her relentless passion to be a champion for communities that need to be seen and heard.

Cimone Key is the founder and chief executive officer of Cimone Key Creative Studio, an award-winning branding and digital marketing agency. Growing up from coast to coast, with roots extending back to Germany, Cimone is well-traveled and well-versed in the world of design, connection, and entrepreneurship. It was her passion as a young girl, knowing in her heart she was born to utilize her perspective in a profound way, that inspired Cimone’s unique journey to open her own design studio.
It all began with her investment as a student at The Art Institute of Dallas, which propelled her into the world of design. Here, she was awarded the best portfolio of her graduating class, which recognized her engaging style and elegance. While growing up, Cimone battled with her eyesight and was declared legally blind at the age of 21. She knew this wouldn’t define her, for her purpose was much bigger than eyesight.
After undergoing laser surgery, she miraculously regained 20/20 vision and it changed her life forever. Soon thereafter, Cimone’s professional career advanced quickly into Corporate America, where she served three different Fortune 500 advertising agencies within the first 3 years. In 2015, she was unexpectedly fired and thus began her journey to start a business. Within her first year in business, she then pursued a Web Design Certificate at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in order to offer her clients an array of services.
These experiences, combined with her faith and action, ultimately brought to fruition a full-service agency located in the prestigious Design District in Dallas.
As of today, CK Creative Studio is the agency that DEI (Diversity and Inclusion) brand managers from large corporations trust with their visual marketing presence, and for small businesses who objectively seek out a boutique agency to handle all of their needs.
Additionally, in early 2020, Cimone made the decision to integrate an innovative shared office space for creative entrepreneurs in the Dallas area to work together, learn from each other, and ultimately grow their skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.
CK Creative Studio has become a creative hub for entrepreneurs who need a place to grow their skills, collaborate, and have a supportive clique.

Myles Worthington is the Founder and CEO of WORTHI, an ethnographic marketing, communications and content company. Ethnography is the study of human cultures, and that’s what WORTHI does – steeps themselves in the behaviors of various people around the world, and creates the cultural relevance between their unique needs, and a brand’s unique story, to create a lasting bond.
As the company CEO and principal strategist, Myles partners with major brands like Paramount+, Lionsgate, Peloton and P&G (to name a few) to build and execute upon strategies that keep these brands relevant and resonant for traditionally underserved communities of people, including Black, Latinx, LGBTQ+, Asian and Pacific Islander, People with Disabilities, and every intersectionality in between.
Prior to building his own foundation with WORTHI, Myles held various roles at multiple communications agencies before coming to Netflix and starting the Multicultural PR practice in 2016. He later moved to the marketing org to start (and eventually lead) the multicultural Brand & Editorial team. His efforts are responsible for pioneering initiatives like Strong Black Lead, Con Todo, Most and Netflix Golden which were sub-brands and digital communities that focused on creating content and conversation for Black, Latinx, LGBTQ+ and AAPI audiences respectively. He built those teams and the internal corporate energy towards audience related work from scratch, and proudly led that organization until he left the company in April 2022.
Myles’ professional purpose is simple: to change the industry for the better, and to destroy the common misconception that niche tactics will yield niche results. Specificity should be seen as a secret weapon.
Myles is also a husband, father of three, lover of the outdoors, avid swimmer, and big time car buff.
