Welcome to Dom and Randi Time, being our true authentic selves while bumming at the lake. This is a place for us and women to come together and share our journeys with eachother with no filters.
Hello friends! In this podcast, I share how I came across other healing modalities to help me when I needed more support other than myself, to get out of a funk, heal emotional issues or even my health. I was feeling so lost on what to do, other things I was trying was not working and I came across this opportunity to work with with this gentleman named Douglas Purcell. I was desperate to make changes as I did not want to feel the way I felt anymore. Douglas Purcell has been my energy healer for 10 years now and without his help, I would not be living and feeling my best and this was exactly what I was looking for. I introduced him to my cousin Crystal, who now uses him all the time as well. We share our journey with you about what life was like before we met him and how he has helped. We hope to inspire you to try other modalities when you need extra support. We both definitely recommend working with Douglas so do not hesitate to reach out to him.As always, I would love to hear from you!Contact info:Randi LaMotteInstagram: https://instagram.com/randilamotte?igshid=YTY2NzY3YTc=Facebook: Randi Lamotte Email Me Here: ConnectRandilamotte.comYou tube https://www.youtube.com/Randilamotte Douglas’s contact info if you would like a session: https://www.facebook.com/douglas.purcell.75This information presented is for educational purposes only and is in no way I needed as substitute for medical counselling
Hello friends!! In this podcast, I talk about coming across Human Design and Gene Keys to learn more about myself and how I incorporate it into my daily life. I find it like personality test, like finding out what colour you are but with more details that can shine a light on some of your characteristics and why you do the things you do. It also helps with relationships in understating their personality where respect and awareness can improve. As always, I would love to hear from you! Hey Friends! In this podcast, I talk about my process that I do for manifestation that originated from Abraham Hicks. I have been practicing these steps for 10 years now and everyday I get better at it and wanted to share my process with you. I have many things I want to manifest but I do feel I have a great start since I have manifested big and small things into my life that I thought was not possible. Its is all about Be-Do-Have versus Have-Do-Be and feeling our way into alignment so we can be a vibrational match to receive our manifestations. I hope this helps and you try to have some fun with this and start with little things to see how it goes. Hello friends! In this podcast, I talk about triggers and how it can come out of nowhere and from anywhere…sometimes the trigger is so subtle that it goes unnoticed and other times, it hits you like you ran into a wall. I do believe if a trigger is tiny, our body does communicate and lets us know that something is going on (our body’s lets us know tiny or big). That could be a sudden quick pause, heart rate going up a bit, brining back a memory but forgetting about it again and a pause in our breath. If we are mindful enough and pay attention to our body, we can notice these little moments so we release and heal in a healthy manner. The other side of a trigger can be so obvious that we totally get stopped in our tracks and have no choice but to change what we are doing in that moment. This episode I share where I had a triggering moment and how I felt about it and my journey towards slowly releasing and healing. I hope this will create some awareness and comfort that it does get better when we work on it! I am so honoured and excited to have such a beautiful guest, Rima-as she shares her journey being a mom and how she decided to follow her dreams and vision even with mom guilt. She shows vulnerability during this entire episode, especially when she shares her Ah Ah moment of what made her decide it was time to take care of herself and go after what she wants. Sorry for the quality of the recording but we hope it will add value to you and give you some of your own Ah Ah moments. Hi lovelies!
Today we have a short chat about the trend of making jokes at our own expense. Sometimes making jokes about our flaws can help to ease social tension or help someone else feel better about themselves but when does this stop being healthy and actually does more harm than good?
