Posting every day and putting out content just so you can grow your numbers doesn't make you consistent. Sticking to your goals is consistency.
Life is what we make of it. Creating a happy life is the only way to live a happy life. Make this life what you want of it because you have no guarantee that any other path would be better.
Depression is real and it has a great way of disguising itself. People will never know unless we speak up.
Fighting against exterior enemies seems impossible but it's the interior enemies that keep you up at night.
People will always have opinions but don't let those opinions make you uncomfortable in your skin.

So many people go through life not realising that they are being abused. That is because many of us still believe that the only form of abuse is physical.

It was his persistence that swept me off my feet. Nobody expects a guy at college to chase one girl unless he wants to marry her. That's what intrigued me. I didn't understand why he kept chasing despite my constant rejection. He taught me a great lesson though, persistence builds resilience and it might just get you what you want.
So often we blame our circumstances and others for our situations. We forget that we are not the audience in our own lives but the main characters. As the main character you have choices to make and those choices can either lead you to a happy life or a life of misery.
So many people spend time looking for the perfect person. What you need to know is that there is no perfect person but there sure is a right person for you. Once you know what you want (need) you will find the right person for you.
It is not just horror for people with fuller bodies. Skinny people also have a difficult relationship with the scale. I personally struggled to accept my body for many years. It's quite annoying how easily I lose weight and no matter what I do I struggle to gain. I have come a long way and I am learning to deal with the changes in .y body
For a long time the thought of family heart me. I never wanted to be part of a family. This changed when I redefined the term for myself. Family are the people you want your life. Seeing how my relatives lead their lives is still a traumatic experience for me. It made me reject the idea of a family for a very long time. Overcoming this trauma would be crucial if I ever want to get married and build a family of my own.
Understanding failure and it's place in your journey is crucial to making life more bearable. We will all fail many times because there are lessons to be learned in failure but in the end it all leads to success.
Nobody wants to fail. Neither did I. My understanding of failure changed after reading this "Failure is part of the journey to success, it is a learning curve." Once you learn to accept failure you will be open to learning lessons you could never learn from success.
When he said he wanted to be more than friends I was like "What do you even mean!?" My insecurities really worked against for a very long time but once I began to understand myself, my needs and what I wanted there was a 180 degree change and a revolution. I used to wonder what exactly guys liked about me. I mean I found it hard to like me.
Mental health awareness is a great necessity because so many of us are struggling but we don't know where to turn. Sometimes because of the silence and fear so many people are lost. Ask for help when you are ready and be informed so you can help those in need.
Worth - the level at which someone deserves to be valued. You need to value yourself first, you need to know your worth. So many of us struggle with our worth. Whatever the reason if for your feeling of worthlessness, let it go!
