Voice of Alignment is the internet media expression of a divine mandate to raise a righteous generation, consisting of men and women who receive the righteousness of God through faith, and live by it through daily and intentional alignment of their thoughts and actions with God’s standards, expectations, and will.
Grace works in a mysterious way. Grace qualifies the unqualified, gives an advantage to the disadvantaged, and makes the last the first. It is one thing to know what grace is, and another to understand how grace works.
In this episode, we end our series of teachings on grace by looking into how grace works.
According to Myles Munroe, the wealthiest place on the planet is the cemetery. This is because in the cemetery lies great potentials, talents, and gifts that are buried without being tapped. God endows people with gifts for a purpose. It is a tragedy to live life without exploiting and maximizing the deposits of God’s gift in you.
In this episode, we explore what we need to know, and how we can maximize the gift of God in our lives.
Gifts are abilities and endowments that God gives a man or a woman. God endows people with gifts for the fulfillment of their purpose, which is tied to God’s agenda. This is why purpose dictates the gifts that a person can have, and gifts can point to a person's purpose. However, can a gift (given by God) be operated and function without God? Can gifts (including spiritual gifts and ministry gifts) function in isolation of the Holy Spirit?
In this episode, we seek to answer these questions, and we take a deeper dive into understanding gifts as a manifestation of grace.
One of the ways that God’s grace is manifested are gifts. A gift is simply an ability that God gives to a person. When a gift comes in the form of an ability, that ability is a product of the Holy Spirit working in you to do a particular thing. A gift at work in the life of a person can make him or her do what others cannot do with their natural ability.
In this episode, we begin a series of gifts, as we explore what gifts are and the classes or categories of gifts that God gives believers.
Favour is an expression of grace. Just like Jesus grew in favour with God and with men, we can enjoy favour with God and men and grow in it. Men are God’s channels of favour. From the Old Testament to the New Testament, we see God enabling people to find favour with me. However, are the requirements for divine favour in the Old covenant (which the Old Testament speaks of) different from the requirements in the New Covenant (which the New Testament speaks of)?
In this episode, we end the series on divine favour by exploring the requirements for walking in the reality of divine favour based on the New Covenant.
Growth is proof of life. Growth is the key to depth and fullness. When it comes to spiritual things, our depth in any experience is a function of our growth in that experience. Bringing this home to the subject of favour, it is not enough to experience favour at one time or the other. There is a place for growing in favor. In Luke 2:52, the bible says “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man”. Jesus not only grew in favour with God….He grew in favour with men. So if Jesus had to grow in favor, who are we to think that we can be excluded from the need to grow in favour with men.
In this episode, we examine some powerful keys and tips to growing in favour with men. These are tips that are not so obvious, but must be engaged to grow in favour.
Embedded in the grace package is favour; not just with God but also with men. What is grace, and its meaning and essence, if favour with men is lacking? If you claim to carry grace, and everyone is hostile to you, then what you are carrying is something else and not grace. In Luke 2:52, the bible tells us that Jesus Christ grew in favour with God and with men. So we cannot discount favour with men.

Most of the things that God will do in the life of a man will be done through other men. God remains the source of favour, and men and women are the resources God uses in favoring us. As Christians, we are qualified for divine favour, which is favour that has its source in God. But it is one thing to be qualified for something, and it is another thing to access that thing.
In this episode, we begin a discussion on what we need to know and do in order to activate and walk in the reality of divine favour as believers.
Favor is one of the manifestations of grace, and when we talk about favor here, the emphasis is on favor with men. No matter how great you are, and how anointed God makes you, favor with men still counts. Men are the conduits or channels of divine favor. God is the source, but men are the channels. So the favor you have with God makes God hear and answer your prayer, and the favor you have with men is what will make them willing instruments in the hand of God to give you that promotion which is the answer to your prayer.
In this episode, we discuss men as the channels of divine favor, as we explore reasons why favor with men is such an important factor in the equation of divine favor as a manifestation of grace.
One of the manifestations of grace is favor. To be blessed is to find favor with God. It is a good thing to be blessed. But as important as it is to be blessed and to find favor with God, is finding favor with men. Jesus was God in flesh. Despite being the express image of God, he needed to have favor with men. Luke 2:52 says “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.”
In this episode, we begin a series of teaching on favor, as we explore what it means to operate in divine favor.
One thing about God is that God manifests His glory the most in the midst of darkness, confusion and gloom. It is when everything looks bleak that God comes through, because when God passes through your situation with the blessing, he wants to make his mark clear and undeniable, such that nothing can take the glory.
In this episode of the Voice of Alignment podcast, we end a series of teachings on the blessings of the Lord by exploring how the blessing of the Lord can power the elevation of a believer in the midst of a crisis, a famine, or an economic downturn.
God’s desire for us is to live a life that is filled with his blessing. God has released to us every spiritual blessing that we can ever think of or imagine, in Christ (Ephesians 1:3). We have this blessing in the spiritual realm by virtue of the mercy of God, and we translate these blessings from the spiritual realm to the physical realm by engaging the triggers of the blessing.
One of these triggers of the blessing is Righteous Living. In episode 56 of the Voice of Alignment Podcast, we explore how we can trigger the release of the blessing through righteous living. We examine righteousness in the lens of the New Covenant, and how it triggers the release of the blessing into our lives.
As a believer, you are blessed. It does not matter what your current situation is. Ephesians 1:3 tells us that we are blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ. But it is one thing to have these blessings in Christ, it is another thing for these blessings to be made manifest in your physical reality. What you need to translate spiritual blessings into tangible expressions are the triggers of the blessing.
In episode 55 of the Voice of Alignment podcast, we continue our discussion on the triggers of the blessing as we dive into faith as a trigger of the blessing. In this episode, we explore how we can engage faith in translating the blessing we have in the spiritual realm, into tangible and physical expressions.
One thing about the blessing is that it is God’s advantage handed over to a mortal. In other words, a man operating by a blessing enjoys an advantage in life that is traceable to God’s backing. Mercy is the primary justification for the blessing. This is why the most blessed people are not the most perfect people. Acknowledging and engaging mercy is the first and mandatory step to a blessing. After these, we need to engage triggers of the blessing.
In this episode, we share two (2) powerful triggers of the blessing that we can engage in order to secure and guarantee the manifestation of God’s blessings over our life.
One of the benefits we have as Christians is that we are blessed. The blessing of God is a part of the New Testament experience which we all have in Christ. Ephesians 1:3 says “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ” Although we are all blessed in Christ with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places, not every Christians physical reality reflects this.
In this episode (Episode 53), we begin to explore the triggers of the blessing, as we examine the things that can be done by a believer in order to trigger the physical and tangible expression of the blessing that he or she has.
One of the manifestations of grace is blessings, particularly, the blessing of God. When the blessing of God rests upon a person, what it does is to amplify the results or reward of that person. So the person puts in effort, but gets the result that is multiple times more than the result he or she deserves when assessed from the lens of the physical. One thing about the blessing of God is that it gives you an advantage that may look unfair to others.
In this episode (Episode 52), we examine how the blessing brings about elevation, as well as mercy as the foundation and justification for the blessing.
The blessing of God is one of the manifestations of grace. If this is a year of enabling grace, and if spiritual blessings or the blessing of the Lord are one of the ways that grace is manifested, it means that in this year, God will be blessing people with the aim of enabling them to do something that is in line with his agenda.
In this episode, we explore the blessing of the Lord, as we seek to understand what the blessing of God is, and some peculiarities of the blessing of God upon the life of a man.
The eagle is a bird that can fly to an altitude of 10,000 to 15,000 feets. And the eagle can do this with as little as three flaps. That means the eagle can soar to this height with very little effort. That is made possible by the eagles ability to observe the thermal currents of the wind, and take advantage of it to soar. This is how the eagle keys into the agenda of the wind in order to attain great heights, and there are a couple of things we can learn from the eagle, in order to know how we can key into God’s agenda of enabling grace for this year, and God’s agenda in general.
In this episode (Episode 50), we discuss three vital keys to keying into God’s agenda, and how we can be partakers and beneficiaries of what God is set to do in this year 2024.
Nothing promotes a man like grace. Grace is God’s major channel for God’s enablement and assistance in man’s endeavor. In 2024, God is set to release the enabling grace in an unusual dimension to believers.
In this episode, we introduce the enabling grace of God as one of the categories of grace, which is a major focus of God’s move in 2024. We explore what 2024 as the year of God’s enabling grace means to you, and what you can expect to see manifested in this year.
Entering into a new year is often an opportunity for many to reflect on the past year and make resolutions for the new year. Oftentimes, we enter into the new year with dreams, ambitions, aspirations, desires, goals, and wishes for the new year. And for Christians, we pray for God’s enabling grace to achieve these things. However, we often forget that God’s grace is at the disposal of God’s agenda, and not our fleshly and human agenda.
In this episode, we look at how we can engage God’s grace in such a way that ensures that the new year (2024) is a fruitful year, full of achievements and accomplishments. In this episode, you will learn the importance of attracting God’s grace through an alignment with God’s agenda, and you will also learn about how to overcome obstacles to this alignment.
Grace is the benevolence of God to man, through Jesus, which is manifested as spiritual blessing, favor, or gifts. Grace is both in measures and in dimensions. Jesus was full of grace. But in his human form, Jesus had to grow into that fullness of grace. In Luke 2:40, the bible tells us that the grace of God was upon Jesus. And then in vs. 52, the bible tells us that Jesus grew in grace (manifested as favor - with God and man) . And then when you cross over to John’s account in John 1:14, the bible tells us that Jesus was full of grace. Just like Jesus, we as believers are expected to grow in grace, and to continue growing in grace until we attain the fullness of grace.
In this episode, we discuss three keys to growing in grace, both in the measure and the dimensions of grace that God ordains for us to operate in.
God's original design for grace is for grace to be a package for all sufficiency. 2 Corinthians 9:8 says, “And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.” In other words, the impact of grace in the life of a believer should not be visible in one area and absent in another. God’s design is for us to enjoy all grace, not just in a meager measure, but in an abundant measure. If God is able to make all grace abound to us, why do people live a life short of all grace? And what can we do, or what do we need to know, for that ability of God to make all grace abound to us, to become our reality?
In this episode, we begin to explore vital and practical steps we can take to enter into the realm where all grace abounds towards us; a realm where all the dimensions of grace we need at any time are supplied in abundance.
Grace is such a vital part of a believer’s life, and is a critical component of the believer's salvation. It is through grace that we have forgiveness of sin. However, if grace brings forgiveness, is that a license for a believer to sin? Are there repercussions for a believer who commits sin, in the dispensation of grace? Does grace exempt believers from the repercussions of sin, after the believer asks for forgiveness? Does the presence of grace exempt a believer from trials?
In this episode we answer these questions as we round up our series on understanding grace, and as we address some of the misconceptions about grace.
Grace is the believers advantage. Grace is the hedge that any believer has in any and every endeavor. In 1 Corinthians 15:10, Paul said, But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain. Paul was the last, but he became the first by virtue of grace. Paul was the most insignificant, but he became the most significant (with two-third of the New Testament written by him) by virtue of grace. Paul was a gospel persecutor, but became a gospel perpetrator by virtue of grace. Paul was a nobody, but became noteworthy by virtue of grace. This is what grace can do. But one of the misconceptions about grace is that grace automatically means results.
In this episode (Episode 44), we continue on our series on understanding grace, as we address two more misconceptions about grace, and explain how grace is transformed into results.
A free gift is not necessarily a cheap gift. Some gifts are free but priceless. Once of such is grace. Grace is a free gift, but the price of that gift of grace was the blood of Jesus. Over the past couple of episodes we have been discussing grace with the aim of addressing some misconceptions about grace.
In this episode (Episode 43), we discuss the misconception that grace has no price, as we explore the significance of the price that Jesus paid for grace to become a gift that we freely receive and enjoy as believers.
Everyone desires the grace of God. And that is because grace can make the difference between abundance and lack, ease and struggle, as well as safety and destruction. Grace is what made Isaac prosper in a famine, what lifted Joseph from the prison to the palace, what saved Noah in the midst of destruction, and what took Paul from being the least to being a foremost apostle (with two-third of the New Testament to his credit).
A desire for grace, without an understanding of what grace really is, can result in being led to a counterfeit or into error. In this episode, we continue on our series on Understanding Grace, as we begin to address some of the misconceptions about grace.
Grace is one of the vital components in the new testament, or under the new covenant, which plays an integral role in the realization of prophecy and God’s agenda, both for the church as a whole and for individuals. Grace is so critical and so vital, that it is like the fuel (or what must fuel whatever you do) to move from the realm of promise to the realm of reality. Grace is so important in the new covenant, that it remains one of the topics that is so grossly misunderstood in the Church today, with a lot of misconceptions about it.
In life, and in spiritual matters especially, you can never enjoy the fullness of anything you lack understanding of. If grace is so vital, we can never experience the fullness of God’s grace in our lives. Therefore, in this episode, we begin to lay a foundation for several other teachings by exploring the concept of grace in order to understand what grace really is.
One of the fundamental requirements in winning any contest or contention is a winning mentality. A winning mentality not only makes you win, but also makes you live the life of a winner. This is the same, when it comes to spiritual battles. There is a winning mentality that every believer MUST have, in order to win in spiritual battles. In 1 John 5:4, the bible says “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world”. It is a taboo to be a believer, and be a loser. Just like a cat will land on its feet no matter how high or hard you throw it, we as believers must always land on the winning side no matter what the enemy brings our way.
In this episode, we end the series on “Nuggets for Winning Spiritual Battles” by examining the winning mentality of a believer. You will learn some realities that you need to be conscious of as a believer, who is out to win in any and every battle the enemy brings your way.
In John 10:10, the bible says The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. This is the mission of the devil in the life of every believer. And the devil does not work alone. He has an organized hierarchy of demons and evil spirits that work with him in fulfilling this agenda. This is why Ephesians 6:12 says, For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. It is because of this agenda of the devil, and these hierarchy of satanic agents that we have spiritual battles.
In Episode 39 of the Voice of Alignment Podcast, we continue on our series on the Nuggets for Winning Spiritual Battles, as we round up our discussion on the whole armor of God by looking at two pieces of the whole armor of God; The Sword of the Spirit and Praying in the Spirit. In this episode, you will learn how to wage war with the word, and how you can develop spiritual alertness.
One thing we need to have at the back of our mind is that God never allows us to go through a spiritual battle without his consent. Job went through a spiritual battle; but that was so because God gave consent to it. And when God allows us to go through these battles, it is because God knows that we have what it takes to overcome, and there is something great ahead of that battle.
One of the fundamental requirements in any battle are armors. Ephesians 6:11-18 outline seven (7) armors that make up the full armor of God that we must put on as Christians. In this episode, we continue our series on the Nuggets for Winning Spiritual Battles, as we focus on two of these armors; Peach and Faith.
In a battle, weapons without armor will leave a soldier exposed and vulnerable. Weapons are for attack. But armor is for protection. Weapons are for offense, but armors are for defense. A football team has both attackers and defense. And a football team that will become champions must be strong in both attack and defense. A team that is strong in attack and weak in defense will score goals, but will concede more goals than they score and lose at the end. A team that is weak in attack and strong in defense will concede very few goals, but may not score any goal, and so will lose at the end.
In spiritual battles, our weapons are as important as our armor. Ephesians 6:11 says “Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” In this episode of the Voice of Alignment podcast (episode 37), we continue our series on the nuggets for winning spiritual battles by focusing on the whole armor of God.
Spiritual battles are real and they exist because the physical is controlled by the spiritual realm, and because we have an enemy that contends with us from the spiritual realm. Ephesians 6:12 says “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Our victory in the spiritual realm translates to our victory in the physical realm. Jesus has paid the price for our victory through His death. But we have a responsibility to enforce that victory over the affairs of our life, and make that victory our physical reality in any and every area of our lives, including our health, finances, family, businesses, careers, and so on.
In this episode, we continue our series on the Nuggets for Winning Spiritual Battles, as we focus on how to confront and defeat the devil and his hierarchy of evil agents, how to conquer flesh and the enemy within, and the place of the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
A believer can face a spiritual battle in any area of his or her life. It could be a battle over finance or livelihood, or a battle over one's health, or a battle over one’s soul or life. Sometimes, the battle could be over your salvation. Irrespective of where the enemy fights from, a believer must have the knowledge and wisdom required to fight, and enforce the victory he has in Christ. That knowledge is key.
In this episode, we continue on our series on the Nuggets for Winning Spiritual Battles, as we take a deeper dive into speaking (or utterances), and the role it plays in securing victory in spiritual battles. In this episode, you will learn the place of prayer, declarations, angels, and the name of Jesus in winning spiritual battles.
Winning any battle in life requires intentionality. In 1 Corinthians 9:26, Paul says “I do not fight as one who beats the air”. The illustration Paul is using here is what boxers call shadow boxing. If you ask any boxer, whether amateur or professional, they will tell you that shadow boxing is only good enough for training. You don't get in the boxing ring with an opponent and begin to shadow box. If you do, your opponent will allow you to waste your energy, and when he spots weakness or an opportunity, you may get a punch that will knock you out.
Intentionality is also as important when it comes to spiritual battles. In this episode, we will continue on our discussion of the fundamental strategies for winning spiritual battles. Having looked at divine wisdom as a fundamental strategy in the last two episodes, we focus on another important strategy in this episode.
As believers, we have very lethal weapons of warfare against the enemy. 2 Corinthians 10:4 says, For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds. Yet, Ecclesiastics 9:18 says wisdom is better than weapons of war. There is something about Divine Wisdom, which makes it VERY vital in delivering the results that the weapons of our warfare deliver.
In this episode, we dig further into the place of divine wisdom in winning spiritual battles and the role of divine wisdom in the weapons of warfare that 2 Corinthians 10:4 talks about.
In any battle, there is a strategy for winning. The strategy dictates what to do, how to do it, when to do it, and so on. The most lethal weapons, without an effective strategy, are of no use. Spiritual battles are no different. There is what to do to have a lasting victory over a spiritual battle.
In this episode, we continue our series on the nuggets for winning spiritual battles by focusing on the ‘how’, or the strategies believers must employ in securing victory over spiritual battles.
The Holy Spirit is the greatest asset of any believer. That is because the Holy Spirit is the carrier of the power of God. Acts 1:8 says But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you. This power that we receive through the Holy Spirit is the power of God. Many believers carry this power, by virtue of the presence of the Holy Spirit in them. Yet some believers still find themselves as victims in spiritual battles. How can a carrier of God’s power be molested by the enemy? This is an anomaly, which results from ignorance.
In this episode, you will learn three very important truths and realities which believers need to align with in order to demonstrate the power of God and exercise their authority in Christ in defeating the enemy.
An armed soldier that is ignorant of the power and capabilities he possesses is no different from a vulnerable and unarmed soldier. Some Christians are like a soldier armed with lethal and deadly weapons, who is running from an enemy that is carrying only a stick. As believers, we possess the power to defeat the enemy in any and every way he comes at us. Luke 10:19 says “Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you”. But it is one thing to have this authority, and it is another thing to be conscious of this authority and power, and its potency.
In this episode of the Voice of Alignment Podcast, we continue on our series on “Nuggets for Winning Spiritual Battles” by focusing on understanding the power that has been made available to us to overcome the enemy. Without understanding the power we carry as believers, we will lack the confidence and faith to deploy the weapons of our warfare against the enemy.
One of the greatest traps or tragedies that a believer or Christian will fall into is the illusion that there are no spiritual battles to fight for a believer. Salvation does not exempt us from spiritual battles. As a matter of fact, if you see someone who claims to be a Christian and does not encounter spiritual battles, you should question his or her salvation because it simply means that the enemy does not count such a person worthy of being opposed. In other words, there is nothing precious that person has to warrant confrontation from the enemy. In John 10:10 Jesus said “the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy”. Thieves go after value. So if as a believer, there is nothing for the enemy to contend with in your life, including your salvation, then there is a problem. So spiritual battles are real. BUT, more real is our victory and dominion over these battles.
In this episode (Episode 29) we begin a series on Nuggets for Winning Spiritual Battles by establishing the fact that even though spiritual battles are real, we (as believers) have a greater reality of our victory and dominion over the enemy.
Faith is an indisputable part of the Christian Faith. Romans 1:17 says that the just shall live by faith. Faith is so crucial that without, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). The entire essence and benefit of Christianity cannot be enjoyed without faith. This is how important faith is. But no matter how great our faith is, without action or work, it is dead. Action is like the spirit of Faith. James 2:26 says, “for as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also”.
In this episode, we continue on our series on faith by focusing on the third component of faith, which is action. In this episode, you will learn the importance of actions (or works) when it comes to faith. You will also learn the types of actions that you need to take in order to make your faith active and alive.
One of the fundamental requirements of faith is a level of belief that is immune and resistant to doubt. Nothing cripples faith like doubt. Doubt and fear are like viruses that attack faith, and drain our faith of its potency. Even when we believe the word of God, we need a level of belief that is sustainable and lasts. When we believe God (and His word) today, and we doubt tomorrow, we become unstable. James 1:7 tells us that with such instability, we cannot receive anything from God. Conviction is that level of belief that is immune to doubt and fear. In the equation of faith what you need is conviction, which is a level or dimension of belief that is immune to doubt.
In this episode we continue our series on faith, as we take a deep dive to explore conviction, and how it helps to build a faith that is strong and sustainable. You will also learn three very important ways through which we can build conviction, which will help our faith to become stronger.
Faith is so critical in the life of a believer. In Hebrews 11:6, the bible says that without faith it is impossible to please God. In Romans 1:17, the bible tells us that the righteous will live by faith. Faith must be at the core of any genuine Christian life. Fatih, however, is a phenomenon that must have its root in the word. In other words, any form of faith that has no Word of God as its basis is fake. Romans 10:17 clearly tells us that faith comes from the Word of God.
In this episode, you will learn how you can anchor your faith in the Word of God. Faith cannot be based on what you have known or seen about God. It has to be based on what God has said, either via His written Word (which is the scripture) or via his spoken word to you. You will also learn the significance of the Word of God in the equation of faith, and why God honors genuine faith which has its root or basis in the Word of God.
Faith is an essential ingredient in the life of any believer. That is because without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). Faith is God’s pleasure stimulant. Like salt, faith is what we need to add to anything we do for God in His kingdom, for it to be pleasing and acceptable before God. This is how important faith is.
Many times, we see faith as something we need only when we need something from God. But faith is more than this. For a believer, faith has to be a lifestyle. Romans 1:17 says that the just shall live by faith. And in this episode, you will see how we can live by faith, as a lifestyle.
Over the past five episodes, we have look at six (6) principles of a divine breakthrough. When I checked the dictionary, I found that a principle is a fundamental truth that serves as the foundation for a system or belief. So these principles are like fundamental truths on how we can position for divine breakthroughs.
In this episode, we end this series on the Principles of a Divine Breakthrough, by looking at the last principles. That last principle we will be talking about in this series is, the Principle of Faith. In this episode, you will learn what faith is, in simple terms, and how it works. You will also see how you can acquire faith that moves God to act, and deliver a divine breakthrough to you.
The limitation of humanity is at the core of the necessity of divine breakthrough. Man is limited in his capacity….and so there are often desires that men have, which are beyond their effort and resources. But while man is limited in his capacity, God is limitless in his capacity. God speaking in Jeremiah 32:27 said, “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?” In Matthew 19:26 Jesus said, “With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible” So when a limitless God steps into the situation of a limited man or woman, a divine breakthrough is what you get.
In this episode, we expand on one of the previously covered principles, as we explore alignment with God’s Kingdom agenda. We see how aligning with the will and agenda of God for His kingdom, or with the agenda of God on Earth per time, positions us in a place where God becomes as committed to our breakthrough as he is, to His agenda and His Kingdom.

A Divine Breakthrough is a breakthrough that has God as its author and finisher. When a breakthrough is divine, you cannot explain it without a reference to God. When we talk about a divine breakthrough, we are talking about the kind of breakthrough that can turn you into an evangelist of the goodness and greatness of God.
If you are facing a situation or challenge that surpasses your ability or capacity, what you need is a divine breakthrough. If you have been working and struggling to get something or achieve something, or get one breakthrough or the other, what you need is a divine breakthrough.
In the last episode, we looked at one of these principles, which is the fact that divine breakthroughs are positioned for. In other words, it is alignment with the dictates and commands that God gives, through our obedience, that puts us in a position where God can give us a divine miracle. In this episode, we dive into two more principles of a divine breakthrough. One of the things you will learn in this episode is how you can trigger a divine breakthrough via the Word of God.
One of the common or popular desires Christians have is the desire for a breakthrough. The life of a believer is designed for progress, and everything that opposes such progress creates a desire for a breakthrough.
It takes a breakthrough to defy the forces of stagnation and retrogression, in order to make progress. It takes a breakthrough to turn darkness to light in any and every area of life. It takes a breakthrough to defy opposition and suppression to rise and make progress. It takes a breakthrough to break a pattern and cycle that is contrary to the will of God, and bring it into alignment and obedience to the will and counsel of God.
But much more than a breakthrough is a divine breakthrough. It is one thing to experience a breakthrough….it is another thing to experience a divine breakthrough. A breakthrough is traceable to human effort. But a divine breakthrough is traceable to God’s efforts.
In this episode, we begin a series of teachings on the principles of divine breakthrough, which we must embrace in order to experience a divine breakthrough.
The Holy Spirit is responsible, not only for leading us, but for also teaching us, reminding us of things, helping us, empowering us, comforting us, and lots more. However, more important than our knowledge of the several functions or responsibilities of the Holy Spirit is our recognition of the fact that our need for the Holy Spirit is a daily reality. As a believer, until you come to a point where you recognize that you cannot go one day without the help of the Holy Spirit, you cannot enjoy the full package of the Holy Spirit. The fullness of the Holy Spirit is made available in the place of intimacy with the Holy Spirit.

Nothing delights the Holy Spirit like doing His job. One of the major job responsibilities of the Holy Spirit is to guide us (John 16:13). God has hidden treasures and blessings reserved for us, and it takes the Spirit of God to reveal and lead us into those treasures and blessings (1 Corinthians 2:10). The leading of the Holy Spirit is not the exclusive reserve of Prophets, Pastors, or men and women of God. Rather, the leading of the Holy Spirit is the right of every born again Christian. However, you may be asking, “How do I know when the Spirit is leading me?” You may be wondering how the Holy Spirit leads. Or you may have been a Christian for some time now, but are still confused or not sure about how the Holy Spirit leads.

But one of the principal ways through which we will access amazing possibilities and breakthroughs is the leading of the Spirit.
Some people think that the fact that they are born again means that they are automatically led by the Spirit. Some people think that the fact that they have the Spirit of God in them means that every step they take is automatically a step by the leading of the Spirit. Nothing could be farther from the truth than this, and such thought is a deception that can easily lead to danger and destruction.
In this episode, you will learn three very important facts about the leading of the Holy Spirit, which you must know and embrace in order to make the best of the leading of the Holy Spirit.
The year 2023 is pregnant with tremendous miracles and breakthroughs. But the midwife for the delivery of these miracles and breakthroughs is the leading of the Spirit.
So the emphasis on being led by the Spirit in 2023 is not because the leading of the Spirit in 2023 is more important than it was in previous years. Rather, emphasis on being led by the Spirit in 2023 is because most of the miracles and breakthroughs that 2023 is pregnant with can only be delivered to you by the Leading of the Spirit. So the emphasis here is not necessarily about the importance of being led by the Spirit in 2023, but about our intentionality in being led by the Spirit.

Nothing attracts the manifestation of the power and glory of God like an alignment with the will of God. Nothing triggers the move of God like an alignment with the agenda of God. Although the bible never mentioned the word alignment, the bible is a manual for alignment. It is a manual that contains instructions that enable us to bring ourselves into alignment with the will of God. This act of alignment is so important that it is the ingredient and prerequisite for a heaven bound and rapture ready life.

The mind is so important that not only does it determine that course of your life, it can also determine the destination of your life. Proverbs 4:23 says, “Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.” In the New Living Translation, that bible verse says “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.” Another word for heart there is your mind.
The mind is so powerful that it can determine whether a person ends in heaven or hell. If Jesus defines being guilty of fornication or adultery by virtue of the thought of fornication or adultery, and not even the act, as we see in Matthew 5:28, it tells you how powerful and influential the mind is in the equation of a person’s life.
The mind is the greatest asset of man by virtue of the fact that everything in a man’s life rises and falls on the state of the mind. As powerful as the mind is, God has given you the ability to choose what goes in and out of your mind. So never allow the devil deceive you make you think you have no power over what goes on in your mind. However, while God does not control us in how we use our minds, yielding our minds to God is critical to us becoming all that God has destined us to be.
In this episode, we will discuss on how we can yield our minds to the Spirit of God that is in us. We will see the benefits of doing so, and the practical steps we can take to do this. When our minds are yielded to the Spirit of God in us, God is able to work in and through us, and the world is able to see God through our lives.

As a Christian, one of the greatest assets you possess is the Holy Spirit. The presence of the Holy Spirit in us is the presence of God in us. But it is one thing to have the Spirit of God in us, and it is another thing to be alive to the Spirit of God in us. To be alive to the Spirit of God in us is to live a life that is controlled by the Spirit of God. It is living a life based on the leadings, promptings, impulses, and will of the Holy Spirit. This kind of life is the only remedy or solution to the sinful nature in man. But, how can we live this life? How can we come to a point where being alive to the Spirit is not just a momentary, or ‘once in while’ phenomenon?
In this episode, we will answer this question by showing you how the Spirit of God interfaces with man, and what we must do in order to bring ourselves to the point where we live a life that is yielded to the Spirit of God, with ease and without struggle.

One of the greatest hindrances to a life of holiness, and to the ability of a person to make heaven, is the flesh. Flesh, in this context, refers to the sinful desires, cravings, or impulses. Desires, cravings, or impulses are not a sin. They only become a sin when they are contrary to the will of God. For example, the desire to eat is not a sin. But that desire becomes a sin when it makes you disobey a divine instruction to fast.
Flesh manifests itself in different ways and manners (Galatians 5:19-21). However, irrespective of its manifestation, we must put flesh to death. In other words, we must get to a point where we become unresponsive to the cravings, desires, or sinful nature of the flesh. If we fail to do this, our ability to live a holy life and please God is in jeopardy. But the only way we can put the flesh to death is by being alive to the Spirit.
In this episode, you will learn what being alive to the Spirit is, and how being alive to the Spirit can help you overcome and put the flesh to death. Galatians 5:16 says “...Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh….” This episode will help you understand what walking in the Spirit is all about.

Holiness is a fundamental requirement to see the Lord at work in our lives, and to make heaven. Hebrews 12:14 says “Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord”. Both in the Old Testament and the New Testament, God demands for His people to be holy (Leviticus 19:2, 1 Peter 1:15-16). Holiness is the nature of God, and sin is a repellant of God and His presence. This makes our understanding of Holiness, and a life of holiness so important. While the Laws and the teachings and commandment of the prophets where the instruments for attaining holiness under the Old Testament or covenant, we now in the New Testament and Covenant where we are no longer under the law but under grace (Romans 6:14), and where the prophets have been replaced with the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of Prophecy. This implies that the new covenant comes with a different path to holiness, from the Old Testament.
In this episode, we learn what holiness is and how we can live a life of holiness with the provisions that God has made available to us under the New Testament and covenant.

God expects us to come to a place of perfection, where we stand in faith and remain standing despite all the temptations, trials, or afflictions (Matthew 5:48, Ephesians 6:13). However, God also understands that as believers, we are work-in-progress. He expects us to be perfect, but He understands that there is a journey to perfection. 2 Corinthians 3:18 sheds some light on this by saying, “But we all, with unveiled faces, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.”
When we read Matthew 5:48 and juxtapose it with 2 Corinthians 3:18, we will see that God expects us to be holy and perfect as He is, but also understand that there is a transformation process that we must go through, to become as perfect and holy as he is. So therefore, when the enemy comes with a temptation, a trial, or an affliction, there is a possibility that we may sometimes fall. We may fall by doubting God, we may fall by acting out of fear and not faith, we may fall by disobeying God, and we may fall in different ways.
In this episode, you will learn three (3) important steps that you can take if you find yourself in a state where you have fallen short of the expectations of God, his will, or his commands. You will also learn about what you need to do in order to build your faith to a point where you rise again, stand, and keep standing.

Temptations are a constant in the life of any believer. Whether you got recently born again, or you have been born again for years, you will face temptations. Facing temptations are like tests and exams we face in school. When we overcome that temptation, just like when we pass an exam or test, we qualify for the next level. Everyone who will be used by God will be tested through temptations. So facing temptations is not the real deal. The real deal is overcoming those temptations. It is not a sin to face temptation. It is only a sin to fall into temptations. In Matthew 26:41, Jesus said that we should pray that we do not fall into temptation. He did not not say we should pray not to face temptation. Rather, Jesus said we should pray not to enter into temptation. However, beyond praying not to fall into temptation, what can we do to overcome temptation?
One of the most relevant scriptures to the new covenant believer is Romans 1:17, which says that the just (righteous) shall live by faith. If the righteous shall live by faith, and the righteous is also bound to face temptation, it means that faith plays an important role in the ability of the righteous to overcome temptations, and live as a more than conqueror (Romans 8:27). So the big question is, how can we (as believers and righteous people who are meant to live by faith) overcome temptations through faith?

Grace is such a beautifier of life. Nothing opens doors in life like grace. Nothing lifts a man or woman like grace. We all have a measure of grace bestowed on us by God. Receiving grace from God is as simple as asking God for it (Matthew 7:7-8). But it is one thing to receive grace from God, and its another thing to grow in that grace.
The best of grace is something we can only lay hold of when we master and embrace what it takes to grow in grace. A great teacher once said, “When the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable”
When we lack an understanding of the purpose of the grace God gives us, and we fail to align with that purpose, we retard our experience of grace, and its expression through our lives.
Friends, understanding the purpose of any manifestation of grace, is as important as aligning with the purpose of that manifestation of grace.
Carrying grace, without aligning with its purpose, will only result in a life of misery, struggle, and frustration. This is why there are many who are gifted by God, and yet live a miserable and depressed life.
Over the years, there have been cases of people who enjoy the manifestation of grace as a gift, a favor, or a blessing, and this brought a lot of good and desirable things into their life. Yet they ended up being depressed, or even committing suicide becaue their misalignment with the purpose of the grace they carry made them see no meaning or essence to life, or the good things in their life.
If you are going to grow in grace, and if God is going to increase the grace that he has put upon you, it is important that you understand the purpose of the grace you already have, and align yourself with that purpose.

What is grace?
How can I grow in God's grace?
As a Christian, these are questions we may have asked at one time or the other. When you search for the word grace in the bible, you will find that it was mentioned 170 times. In the Old Testament, which points to the old covenant, it was mentioned 39 times. But in the new testament, which points to the new covenant which we currently operate under, the word grace was mentioned 131 times. This purely suggests that understanding what grace is, and how to grow in it, is extremely important to thriving in the new testament dispensation that we currently operate in.
Many of us know about grace, and we know what grace can do. The bible is full of case studies of the effect of grace in the life of men and women, cutting across several generations and dispensations.
One undeniable fact about grace is that everytime grace appears, exploits happen. Several examples in the bible show this.
- One of such examples is Noah. In Genesis 6:8, the bible records that Noah found grace in God’s sight. It was this grace that enabled Noah to build the first ship. Without a background in engineering, grace empowered Noah to build a ship with a capacity that contained his family and a pair of all the animals that God ever created.
- Another example is Elijah. In 1 Kings 18:46, the bible records how the hand of God came upon Elijah and he outran the chariots of Ahad. That hand of God that came on Elijah was a manifestation of Grace.
Friend, this is what grace can do. But as beautiful as grace is, grace is in levels and in dimensions.
- When I say Grace is in Levels, I mean that Grace is in proportions, or measures.
- On the other hand, when I talk about grace being in dimensions, what I am referring to is that grace comes in types. In 2 Corinthians 9:8, the bible says that “...God is able to make all grace abound to you” The word “all” indicates the existence of different variations of grace, as you will be seeing in this series.
So, if grace is in levels, and if grace is also in dimensions, our ability to grow in grace (both in the levels and dimensions of grace we carry and manifest) is very very important.
So in this teaching, which I have divided into three parts, my goal is to show you how you can grow in grace, until you become full of grace, both in the levels and in dimensions that you require to fulfill God’s purpose for your life.
There are so many steps and tips that I can share from the scriptures about growing in grace. But I have picked three very important keys, which I consider to be indispensable, if you really want to increase your experience and manifestation of grace.
And because these keys are so important, I have split these teachings into three parts, so we can explore each key in a bit more detail than we would, if I were to discuss three three keys in one episode. Friend, these keys I will be sharing are equally important, and none is more or less important than the other.
In this podcast, I will share the first key, which is understanding what grace means. In this episode, not only will you learn what grace is, but you will also learn how your understanding of grace will help you grow in grace.

Have you ever wondered how beautiful heaven will be? And do you want to make heaven when your time on earth is done? Is it your prayer and desire to spend eternity with Jesus?
There are so many things we cannot decide in life. We cannot decide when we are born, where we are born, or even when we will die. BUT, there are certain things we can determine in life….and one of those things, which is the most critical decision we can and will make, is where we will spend eternity. Death is inevitable….so also is life after death. Hebrews 9:27 says “...it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” The outcome of this judgment can either be eternal life with Christ in heaven, or eternal destruction and condemnation in hell (Matthew 29:46). However, in all these, the most important fact is that we can determine the outcome of the judgment after death. Deuteronomy 30:19 says “....I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life…” Life, after death, is heaven, and you have the power and capacity to choose life. You can choose heaven. But, HOW? How do we make that decision to make heaven? How do we choose eternal life, and not eternal death?
Friend, we make this choice by living a life of holiness. When we choose a life of holiness, we choose heaven. When we choose a life of holiness, we choose eternity with Christ.
Hebrews 12:14 says, “Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord”. Holiness is indispensable in our journey to heaven. A life of holiness is a non-negotiable requirement for making heaven. However, despite the desire to live a life of holiness, many Christians struggle to live a life of holiness. Many struggle to achieve a life of consistency in holiness. This makes many Christians unsure of their ability to make heaven. The reason for this is that many Christians attempt to live a life of holiness, without the right mentality for holiness. It is like attempting to build a house without a foundation, or with a weak foundation.
In this podcast, you will learn about the right mentality for a life of holiness, which can help you enjoy a consistent walk in holiness. You will also learn how a Christian can overcome any sinful addiction, whether its a pornography addiction, a drug addiction, adultery, or fornication.

Challenges are problems or difficult situations or obstacles that stand between us and what we desire or what we expect. If you have ever had something you desire, or something you wish for or dream of, or something you expect, then there is a high probability that you have experienced a challenge, or a problem, or a difficult situation.
Challenges come in different forms, in different shapes, and in different sizes. The fact about challenges is that whether we like it or not, at one point or the other in our lives, we will face challenges.
In John 16:32-33, Jesus said;
32“Look, an hour is coming and has already come when you will be scattered, each to his own home, and you will leave Me all alone. Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. 33 I have told you these things so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take courage; I have overcome the world!”
Clearly, being a Christian does not exempt you from challenges or difficulties in this life. HOWEVER, as a Christian, you have an advantage in dealing with and overcoming these challenges.

In this welcome episode, I have introduced the Voice of Alignment Podcast, and the vision behind this project. I also share about the how we go about pursuing the vision and the mandate, upon which this podcast is established.
