In this episode we are discussing why not eating enough of food might slow down your progress. We talk about how we help our clients with 'scare city' when it comes to eating more calories and importance of eating enough.
We're back and ready to go after a short break from the podcast!
In this week's episode we're discussing how to lose weight. We share some useful tips on how to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. We also breakdown some case studies of clients we've worked with in the past and how they lost weight.

In this week's episode it's time to give out some hard truths. As Coaches we've worked with hundreds of clients over the years and we've heard every excuse in the book. But, if you want to make progress sometimes you've got to knuckle down and get the work done.
In this week's episode we're giving advice on how to stay on track with your health and fitness during winter. Whether that's in terms of your nutrition or training. Then we move onto one of our biggest pet peeves, victim mentality on social media.
In this week's episode we take a bit more of a personal turn. Instead of solely discussing health and fitness, we wanted to talk about our relationships, how our jobs affect our relationships and any red flags we've spotted over the years.
In this week's episode we're discussing crash diets and why they don't work. We'll be tapping into our own dieting experience and highlighting some crazy diets you probably didn't even know existed. However, it's not all doom and gloom, we'll share our top tips on how to can eat well effectively to hit your goals.

We'll start by doing a quick deep dive into what exactly the menstrual cycle is, before talking about whether we take the menstrual cycle into account for our client's and our own training. For the second part of the podcast, we'll be getting into the nitty gritty around why there has been so much focus on 'booty gain' for women recently and should we really be focusing all of our attention on one part of the body.
Hello and Welcome to the Confessions of a Female Coach Podcast. This is our very first episode so we just wanted to introduce ourselves and give you a bit of an overview.
In this episode we'll be giving you a brief background of our coaching experience, along with some of the core reasons that we decided to step into the Personal Training industry. Finally, we finish with a discussion on our least favourite things about the industry that we work in.
Going forward, if we reference any papers, books or external sources, we will add links in the show notes here so that you can access any information that we have discussed in the episode.
We hope you enjoy and thanks for listening!
