Our culture, in general, has long encouraged people to go on a journey of self-discovery. People are constantly playing with identity, obsessed with trying to find themselves, define themselves or set themselves apart, trying on one identity or another to see what fits. It’s all a response to the internal longing of our souls, hardwired by our Creator.
In Colossians 1:27, the Apostle Paul refers to “a mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations.” What is this mystery?
We all need to be spiritually discerning. We need to test the spirits to see whether they’re from God.
