Given a right does not mean that you are free from the consequences of exercising that right.
We need to check our egos at the door. We do not know everything and when we assume we do, we make mistakes.
We all have a responsibility to make our government work. Recognizing our arrogance and learning to respect the rights of those who disagree with us is our first responsibility. We cannot solve problems if all we do is fight with each other. We must listen respectfully.
