This is a collective project searching for more people to get involved to share their stories. This episode I talk to Mahammad Khan, the CEO of a Destination Management Company. He gives us a first hand account of being in the tourism industry during its collapse.
This week's episode is a great example of how anyone can be apart of this project to reflect, heal, and share their story. Our first volunteer Abby Lisk, a woman, mother and wife in Seattle, Washington, and I talk about how the past year has affected her health as well as mindset.
In our second episode we talk to members of the band AFLOAT Gabby Relos and Josh Rubeo. They tell us what it’s like to live, work and create while quarantined together, giving us an inside look at making music during this time.
In our first episode we hear from local Philly teaching artist Samuel Rodriquez about how he started the non-profit #WALLSFORJUSTICE. He tells us some of the realities that hit the city during the COVID lockdown as civil unrest unfolded after the murder of George Floyd.
