Gosia Syta is a personal impact expert and founder of the communication skills consultancy Walk Your Talk. She works with existing and emerging leaders helping them communicate with confidence in meetings, presentations and sales pitches and to demonstrate leadership in both what they say and how they say it. Gosia works with corporate clients (BP, Ticketmaster, Dentons, Unicredit, Thomson Reuters) where she runs leadership, mentoring and professional development programmes for their teams, as well as startup founders. She has been a mentor on the Business Growth Programme run by London and Partners, the official promotion agency of the Mayor of London, a presentation skills trainer with SILL, Startups in London Libraries, and a pitch programme leader with Haringeyβs Economic Development Team, where she has supported early-stage and aspiring entrepreneurs with design and delivery of their startup pitches. Gosia is passionate about teaching communication skills to members of non-dominant groups she belongs to: women, speakers of English as a foreign language, and neurodivergent professionals and business owners (Gosia was diagnosed with ADHD earlier this year).
