One thing I have become a pro at is expressing my emotions and being okay with "not being ok." Too many times has the world tried to silence my emotions and made me feel as if I was weak or less than for sharing how I feel and expressing that I wasn't ok. This episode dives into the importance of expressing you're not ok, how to say this in a way that feels comfortable and come across clear in your feelings, identifying what you need and then living through this space.
