There is no easy way to process grief, but it is something we must do. Through Scriptures and the grace of God, we can overcome the grief in our lives, not to forget the pain, but to discover how to move forward.
When we have been hurt deeply, how do we forgive? Jesus first forgave us which gives us the ability to forgive others. Forgiveness does not require the offender seek reconciliation, but through forgiveness, a burden can be lifted from us.
