She’s the most successful Indian javelin thrower and the first Indian to reach World Athletics Championships final twice. Daughter of a Farmer, Annu Rani is a 29 year-old Indian Olympian. Hailing from a conservative family in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, Annu was supported and motivated by her elder brother. Annu became the 1st Indian Female to reach the World Athletics C’ships final in 2019. She used to train by hurling sugarcane sticks in an empty field. About Jehan Daruvala:Born in a Parsi family, India’s top racer, 23-year-old racing sensation Jehan Daruvala began karting at the age of 10 in 2009 and two years later, was picked as one of the three winners of Force India’s ā€˜One From a Billion’ talent hunt.

In 2013, he became the first Asian to win the British KF3 karting championship. A proven winner, Jehan has won in every category he has competed in and is currently racing in the FIA Formula 2 Championship, which is a feeder series to Formula One and races on the same weekends.

Daruvala created history in 2020, when he became the first Indian to win a Formula 2 race at the Sakhir Grand Prix in Bahrain.

Jehan is currently a part of the Red Bull Junior Program, which has produced the likes of four-time F1 champion Sebastian Vettel, reigning F1 champion Max Verstappen, race winners Daniel Ricciardo and Carlos Sainz and many others. He is racing for three-time F2 champions, Prema Racing, for the 2022 FIA Formula 2 championship. Jehan is coming at the back of 6 podiums in 10 race weekends, putting him fifth on the World Drivers Rankings. He has already scored multiple wins and podiums in the Formula 2 championship, making him the only Indian to have achieved this feat, and will be aiming for a strong end to the season when he goes back on the track after the summer break. While he loves motorsports, Jehan is deeply passionate about cricket, table tennis and badminton and is also a fan of Chelsea FC.

Quitting a secured corporate job to take a plunge into an unknown future in order to follow her dreams was a daunting task for her. But she trusted her instincts. She went on to become the first female professional driver for Mercedes Benz Luxe Drive.

As a social media influencer, she won gold at ETBrand Equity Influencer Marketing Awards 2022. She is also Born on Instagram recognised creator. She has been doing brand collaborations in sectors like Automobile, Lifestyle, Fashion, Luxury, Health, Fitness & Sports.

As a speaker, she has motivated audiences on forums such as TEDxShivNadarUniversity, TedxGLIMChennai, She’s Mercedes, TIE Delhi, FICCI Global Young Leaders Forum, Dell India Leadership series, amongst others.

Over the years, her work has won her many accolades & awards. She has also been recognised with awards such as Best Female Driver 2013, Radio One 94.3 FM ā€˜SuperWoman’, RadioOne 94.3 FM - ā€˜Super Mom 2017’, Asian Achievement award for outstanding work in extreme rallying, FLO Delhi Women Leadership Award 2021, Khel Gaurav award 2021, Peaklife Women Inspire Award 2022, amongst others.

When not participating in rallies, Garima can be seen practicing her swing on the golf course or serenading audiences as a Sufi singer. You might also catch her on the ramp – having modelled as a Showstopper in the past for Designer Gazal Mishra and Shades of India for Lakme Fashion Week and Gurugram International Couture Week, respectively.

He is, only, the third person in the history of cue sports, to have been National Champion, Asian Champion and the World Professional Billiards Champion.So, his extraordinary achievements have rightfully made him one of India’s brightest sportspersons from the modern era.
