Chrysta tackles DEI initiatives coming from a human-centered approach because leading transformations that stick requires more than knowing the words. It's about understanding why we're doing what we do and putting people first.

Everything that you think you know about DEI is going to be beautifully transformed, by the end of each episode you will fall more in love with doing this work as you will start to understand the true impact that you are bringing to your workplace.

Over the last 14 years, Chrysta served as a coach, strategist, facilitator, and storyteller to help those committed to changing the world do so more effectively. She has helped hundreds of organizations and government agencies find the special ingredients required to create their own unique recipes for promoting diversity, racial justice, equity, inclusion, and human dignity.

Chrysta decided to create this podcast after years of contemplation and after her consulting clients and training participants telling her that they wished their friends and colleagues were getting the same insights and guidance they received from her, along with her stories and metaphors.

She decided that this was the year she would launch a podcast to share 20+ years of experience working in the fields of racial justice equity personal transformation organizational development, and workplace culture change!

This is a seasonal podcast. Chrysta will be dropping one season, every other month. Each season will be strategically designed to help with a specific transformation in the way you do DEI.
