How many of you can relate to this story? Does your Department have Favoritism? Have you been Bullied by your Superiors? This Episode is to bring awareness for our Heroes in uniform who don't have a voice. If you work in any of these Jobs and you are a Superior I really hope you consider this Episode and start being humble. If there is a Suicide in your Department check on your staff one by one and hear them out it's obvious they are not okay maybe they just need to vent to someone and they can't do it at home remember many of these officers or soldiers have to put an upfront they have too much pride. Hear your people out. If you promoted remember where you came from don't let the money or the rank get to your head. Do you believe these careers should have an outside agency? A civilian Agency that can hear these Heroes out without getting their weapon taken away or being missjudged? Can any of these save someones life? I want to Thank my Guest for being the voice for many of our Heroes who are wearing that uniform and can't speak up. Thankfully he made it through and retired but not many can make it that far. Everyone deserves to Promote lets change this, lets speak up for them. I hope you like this Episode.
