The content for this podcast comes from my most read blog of all time. It's been a fan favourite probably because it's also my most poignant and honest blog.

The original version actually had so much cussing in it that it's the only blog I was told to take down. So I rewrote it. But it's still pretty authoritative, even without all the f-bombs.

In an effort to make sure this podcast is extra clean and to provide the perfect amount of emphasis, I brought in some help - my eight-year-old daughter Gracie.

So if you’re currently selling your home or you might ever sell your home one day, Listen up. Because Gracie and I are going to share with you three very honest things that you need to know.
