Here are some running in the heat tips. Running in the summer can make you feel as though you need gills rather than lungs. Good luck with your heart rate training. Your body has to work harder to keep you cool when the temperature rises. Breathing will be more challenging, and your heart rate will be higher. Your body is directing blood to your skin to help you cool off via sweating. Less blood is therefore available to carry oxygen to your muscles. What normally feels like a leisurely run actually feels like a peak all-out effort.
For measuring outdoor runs, runners have a variety of instruments at their disposal. These tools are essential for keeping track of your mileage, pace, and other crucial metrics throughout your training runs. This information is useful even if you aren't training for a race. If you keep a training record, reading it on a regular basis might help you anticipate your finish time for an upcoming event or establish speed objectives for future runs. Looking over your training log can also help you stay motivated. Runners frequently experience periods of feeling unmotivated or even out of shape. Reviewing your log can help to remind you of your significant commitment to the sport and the achievements you've already achieved.

One of the reasons I love running is these running events. They bring people together because everyone wants to better themselves! Honestly, it meant so much to Hannah and to everyone who cheered her on during her 10K, it was so lovely to see! In the last 200 metres before we walked the end together, I was running while pushing Han in her wheelchair, Hannah’s hands were in the air and everyone was cheering “Come On Hannah” and I could tell she had the biggest smile on her face, she was so happy! Thank you everyone who supported Hannah today. This is a special experience I will cherish forever ❤️ I talk about how the day went and why I think you should consider doing a running event.
