Have you ever experienced a dream that left you wondering about its hidden meaning?

While your conscious mind is all about what’s in front of you, the unconscious is silently working in the shadows. It communicates with us in its own cryptic language, leaving clues in our dreams, instincts, and sneaky hunches.

In this episode, Dr. Deborah Lukovich, helps us tap into our unconscious and shares how this hidden language can fuel our creativity and open new doors.

Dr. Deborah Lukovich is a depth psychologist, author, podcaster, and blogger. She talks about unleashing the power of our unconscious mind, unraveling the mysteries and gaining a profound understanding of yourself. Discovering how your unconscious mind speaks to you in its unique, profound, and transformative language will change your life substantially.

Deborah’s expertise is the study of the unconscious. After navigating her own midlife unraveling, reconstruction, which paralleled an irrational desire to study depth psychology, she unleashed creatively, and now Deborah is on a mission to grow a movement of self-reflecting humans. She empowers people with a framework for self-reflection, which is focused on learning the language of the unconscious, through which the Soul reveals clues about our deepest desires.

Dr. Deborah describes herself as an accidentally funny, awkward depth psychology nerd who is addicted to finding meaning in ordinary life events, and over-shares to encourage others to explore the deeper meaning of their lives.

Deborah’s last book “Your Soul is Talking. Are You Listening? 5 Steps to Uncovering Your Hidden Purpose”, combines her Jungian—based coaching framework for self-reflection with personal stories of midlife unraveling and healing wounds related to sexuality and spirituality.

Now, Deborah is publishing another more personal story. Her memoir, “When Sex Meets God: a midlife story”, is the juicy version of the dramatic story of her unexpected midlife unraveling and reconstruction, the version that wasn’t needed nor appropriate in the dissertation that led to her securing a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology.

One of the big questions I hear is “how do I to appreciate what I have right now if it’s not what I want?” Nadia Carta from Google talks to us about learning to live in the present and how that changes your ability to appreciate the things you love about your live regardless of how much you dislike some parts of your experience. Whether you’re on and off airplanes 5-days a week like Nadia was or permanently working from home, these skills are essential.

Learning to connect your heart and your brain in a powerful way can make all the difference when it comes to being effective and enjoying every moment of it.

How Can I Make This World Better?

“You cannot give what you do not have.” – We have heard this a hundred times. Sometimes we think that only the perfect, the popular, the famous, the rich, and the noble can make the world a better place. So you ask yourself, “How can an ordinary person like me make this world better?”. Often, this desire is overtaken by our bad experiences in life. And so, the doubt starts to creep in and make us think that we are not up for it because our life is much less ideal than the others.

Philippa studied law at university and she spent most of her career exploring the UK, subconsciously seeking “home”. She settled in the beautiful city of Bristol where she now lives with her husband, two teenage sons and “Bob The Dog”.

During her own personal transformation, through healing childhood trauma and learning to love and live for herself, she arrived at her soul mission to guide people to be the truest versions of themselves because she believes that is where the joy is in life and it’s the greatest gift we can give ourselves.

To help us answer the question,” What can I do to make this world better?”, Listen to our today’s episode with our special guest Philippa Robinson, a Life Coach to share her story of inspiration on how she turned her life’s experience into finding the spark within her that created change in her life, her motivation, and relationships.

Do You Sometimes Feel Like You’re Doing A Lot Of Things But Haven’t Really Made Progress?

Often, we think that MORE is better. The more things that we have, the more options that we can get. But when we look around our space, we see stuffs that we are stuck doing all the time. We feel scattered, overwhelmed, and distracted because of the cluttered messes that we (or our children) made.

Krista is a mom of 5 who teaches other moms how to declutter without becoming a full-blown minimalist. She shows you how to create an environment that works for you and supports your life, rather than one that makes your life harder.

The founder of the blog and podcast Motherhood Simplified, Krista Lockwood, is here to help you find that sweet spot of having enough, but not too much, so you can feel less stressed in your home.

AM I BEING SELFISH WHEN I CHOOSE TO PUT MYSELF FIRST?

In our busy lives, we tend to put our needs and desires to the side and prioritize everybody else’s. At the end of the day, we ask ourselves, “Am I at peace with where I am right now?” or “Can I just have even a single day of giving myself time to experience inner happiness and joy?” Even though we desire something better, we often make excuses like “I don’t have time” or I’ll do that when I get a chance” and therefore we get stuck.

Our special guest today, Abbey Heagney, a health and wellness coach, will share with us how can we find the balance and confidence that lead to more joy through personal behavior modification.

Abbey Heagney believes that all women deserve to feel healthy and confident in their bodies – and they deserve to do it while living the life they love. Because when women feel their best, when they feel confident in who they are – everyone around them benefits.

DO YOU EVER FEEL SPIRITUALLY DISCONNECTED?

We tend to build up walls when we hear the word “spirituality” As if there’s a thread that separates spiritual life and real life. When spirituality feels unattainable, we seldom choose to recognize it. Instead, we neglect its potential to transform us into a better version of ourselves. Our special guest, Brandon Handley, tells us that spirituality is available and accessible to us and that it will always be part of our being.

Handley initially developed his coaching career by pursuing three life coaching certifications along with certifications from Champlain College in Appreciative Inquiry and in-depth studies of Motivational Inquiry as certifications in NLP & Cognitive Behavior Therapy, all in order to deliver his clients powerful, transformational experiences.

Concurrent with serving clients, he had an awakening experience, which drastically shifted his focus from being a life coach to becoming a Transformational Coach.

He now guides people to prepare for their own awakening experience and convert their experience into purpose, meaning, and ultimately vision. Through his platform, Spiritual Dope, he shares practical applications, theories, and stories as they relate to spirituality, the law of attraction, and coaching tools so that his listeners are empowered to take action.

On the Spiritual Dope podcast, Brandon interviews others who are leading with their spirituality and finding that their lives are filled with more joy, and fulfillment, as well as steeped with purpose. Listeners of Spiritual Dope can hear from various sources and potentially be inspired to lead their own lives in a spiritually forward way.

ABOUT YOUR HOST:

After my husband passed away, I heard a song that focused on the lyric, “Love like there’s no such thing as a broken heart,” and I thought to myself, “everyone always says stuff like that.” A moment later, I wondered what the world would be like if the lyrics were taken literally. Not just that my heart hadn’t been broken, but that broken hearts simply didn’t exist. As I focused there, I felt something begin to shift inside my very soul.

My years as a Spiritual Health Coach, combined with exceptional spiritual practices and guides, have made my experience accessing that spark infinitely easier. In this podcast, I interview practitioners and coaches who can help you find your way after a loss.

They are people who have walked that walk themselves and can tell their story of the windy road that leads back to peace, love, and even joyous happiness.

Each week you may find guidance and inspiration to walk through your own grief or trauma and take back the reins of your own life. Identifying and achieving your desired emotional state is a skill you can learn even though you might feel like you can’t control anything after a loss or trauma. It’s normal to feel like everything is simply… backward. With the proper instruction and teaching, you can learn how to find control again in your life and get back to where you want to be.

Each of these podcast episodes introduces you to new perspectives and new options for how you may find better success in beginning the journey of learning to laugh and play again. Listen to all of them or select the ones you want to listen to in whatever order works for you.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO UNDERSTAND THE INTELLIGENCE OF EMOTIONS?
WHERE DO THEY COME FROM? HOW DO THEY WORK?

Our special guest, Eric Bauberger, explores what understanding means when it comes to how and why we feel the things we do. It’s about being compassionate towards ourselves and others and recognizing that our emotions are valid and deserve to be respected. He encourages acknowledging the power of our emotions and using that power to create positive change in our lives.

Eric has always been passionate about helping others achieve their highest potential. He guides self-aware individuals to tune their minds and bodies to create ease and flow towards what they desire most while teaching those looking for purposeful change how to get out of their own way so that all aspects can align with the desired outcome.

His life was forever changed after his sister, Jessica Lubrano, died suddenly from an overdose. He experienced firsthand what it meant to have a healthy mindset and emotional fitness when he responded non-judgmentally during this traumatic time in 2018.

As a result, he became certified as Holistic Life Coach and Motivational Singer-Songwriter, Mastery Method Certified, and Certified Strengthening and Conditioning Specialist. Most importantly, Eric now teaches others how they can create peace within themselves by tuning out all distractions so that their true selves show up fully every day!

Have you ever felt like you could connect with the characters on television? Powerful, onscreen characters — including superheroes — are popular because they are relatable. They’re not just there for entertainment; we can learn from them.

Our guest today is Collean O’Brien, a Certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner and Instructor. In this episode, we discuss the parallels between the lead character’s life in the hit television series “WandaVision” and real-life grief coping mechanisms that we all use.

Join us as we dive deep into Wanda’s character traits of trying to control everything, how her behaviors mirror our own, and how we mortals can try to disconnect from our feelings just as Wanda does. As Wanda continues down her path, we realize that we all have superpowers with which we can influence our lives and heal ourselves.

Collean O’Brien is a Certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner and Instructor who teaches people to heal themselves through thought, prayer, natural intuition, and changing their brainwaves to the “Theta” state, which creates a healing state for the mind and body. She uses the ThetaHealing® technique to help others reprogram the beliefs that limit them in order to support the reality they are striving to create.

Please watch and listen to the fantastic insight into how we can take lessons from a TV show and apply them to our own lives using ThetaHealing®.

In this podcast, I interview practitioners and coaches who can help you find your way after a loss.

Our special guest, Aura Moldovan, is an empath with extraordinary extrasensory perception who works to assist others in healing, remembering who they are, and finally finding the power to heal themselves. In today’s episode, we’ll be discussing Origins Integration and what it means to genuinely connect with the world around us by learning how to listen and have active awareness.

Aura Ruxandra Moldovan has always been an empath with an active extrasensory perception, playing with energy, seeing beyond the veil, and having clairvoyant and trans-channeling experiences. Her dream since childhood is to assist everyone to heal, remember who they are, and regain the power from within themselves.

She always wanted people to know how incredibly and infinitely powerful they are, with no exceptions, and that everyone has the power to heal themselves and alter their realities. She wishes for everyone to live their lives in extraordinary and complete glory.

Origins Integration is a method originating from Beyond Quantum Healing combined with other bespoke techniques of hypnotherapy and energy healing, which she has developed throughout the years. It is a heart-based and intention-oriented healing modality where clients connect with their higher self to receive guidance and access their innate and powerful healing potential. Every individual gets exactly what they need from their Higher Self within the moment of the session. During an Origins Integration session, clients get to release trauma, old patterns, and beliefs to heal emotionally, physically, and mentally. They’ll also explore past/parallel/future lives, explore their soul origins, communicate with their guides and loved ones who have transitioned, receive DNA activations, remove attachments, and more. Our inner wisdom holds the information on everything that has ever been, everything that is, and everything that will ever be. The transformations are powerful, and the possibilities are endless and miraculous.

Please watch and listen for an incredible experience with Aura Moldovan. Get to know her and work with her by visiting these resources:
