Money is a very precious belonging to its owner, because it takes a lot of sacrifice, the many corrupt systems driven by greed, overpower on the poor, raping of the systems in place as well as scamming the pure understanding of true givers, is a blind spot that should not continue to be ignored.

We don't pay our taxes because we hope the government will pay our home rentals but we pray and believe they build roads and hospitals so we continue to work and get health services for when we get sick, as much as we don't pay our tithes and offerings, hoping the Pastor will come daily to feed our children. I am not referring to corrupt government and church leaders. But I am talking to those with a pure conscious, who sleep at night knowing they have served their followers, citizens very well.

The belief and faith in God, in a higher being, a superpower, a supernatural, all omniscient, and all omnipotent is a life support for survival in this harsh, cruel Evil world, but God is still GOOD. God can heal any and every disease to them that believe, while medicine is a gift that God has bestowed on a human to be able to heal, all 3 parties, the BODY, MIND and SOUL.

According to the World Economic Forum, most African governments allocate less than 1 percent of their budgets to mental health services. An estimated 100 million people in Africa furthermore suffer from clinical depression, including 66 million women.
It is crucial to distinguish between mental health and mental diseases. For patients who are suffering from mental diseases, they require treatment and support, however, mental health is important for everyone.
Throughout our lives, we may experience shifts in our mental health and well-being, varying from good periods and challenging ones. When addressing mental health in Africa, contributing factors such as infectious and nutrient-related diseases are significant.
It is also vital to recognise that mental health issues, if not diagnosed or treated, can be a cause of physical and mental disease and disability, which is frequent in Africa.
For Africa, the burden of mental health problems is severe, with a large gap between what is needed and what is being done financially.
There is also a lack of psychologists and psychiatrists; hence we need to pay more attention to mental health as a policy, and invest.
Mental health needs to be integrated into the healthcare system, the church system, work system where people community and go for safety.
