Chakra Mindset I have been on a root chakra path this week you can see the start here introduction to Chakra's .
I am not an expert in anyway, i am just a bloke on a journey and you are welcome to join me.
Muladhara means root in sanskrit and is the first of the Chakra and is connected with our most basic fundamental needs survival, food, shelter and the health and safety of our phyisical bodies.
It is important to not only read up about Chakras, because it takes actual practice, it takes effort to replenish and find the balance needed.
That is right it is an action.
One small part of this is mindset because it really does matter, honestly mindset is half the journey.
If you can master your mindset then you will be doing well.
Whenever we take this kind of journey expect not only good things to happen, there will be things we will have to let go or deal with and they maybe painful.
A great way to increase the replenish of your Chakra is music tones and affirimations.
I am not going to go too deep into this right now as it needs a few post to cover the subject but there are certain tones that help with certain Chakra's.
It is also the same for the affirmations.
Root music and base affirmations are needed with an open mind, say them loud and listen to the tones.
Affirmations are important for personal development and growth, they also help you keep that positive tone as you go about your day.
Incorporate affirmations in your daily routine Chakra specific.

Earn Playing Game
Playing and watching people play games can both be valid ways to earn rewards online.
My son is a gamer he loves them and to wind him up i said to him it was easy to become a professional gamer.
He said it isn't as easy as i think it would be and listed all these different reasons why?
Blah blah blah blah
I told him that is really just a defeated mindset.๐

Starting The Week Strong
Ended last week and started this one smashing the 10,000 mark on Listnerds.
Even though we have seen a drop in the price of Hive i am not worried i believe in come backs.
Hive has come back before and it will do it again.
Much like Listnerds is a come back, it was around for years before it came back to be reborn as a blockchain tool.
This is why i posted the video of this game, if you like come backs watch till the end.
The point being is there will always be times where things seem to be going the wrong way then suddenly it changes and things rise again.
Up and down is what life is all about.
When the market is down this is a time to invest and develop, the when the market rises again that is where fortunes are made.
But mostly if you want things to continue then you need to support the projects and communities you believe in so they are able to continue and make a come back when the market rises.
Look i am not going to tell you what you should do financially or personally i am sure you have your goals.
Heck you probably know better than me.
But if people panic and flee that is where the losses are made hodling and developing now secures the value of your tokens bottom line in the future.
Listnerds is great for discovering content and increasing your network.
If you are a content creator or curator this is a must have tool on the Hive blockchain.
I use to live on the streets in London, so did my wife different journey, different reasons but now we don't in fact we would go on to raise 4 children and now grand children together many years later.

I love Listnerds and i think you will too it is an amazing concept.
The project will be totally amazing once we have more people actually being active.
Remember i said in the video i logged in to find i had Listnerds to claim i thought it was 36 but it was actually 38 so sue me i got the numbers a bit wrong but doesn't really change what i was trying to say.

Today's Roll
Today i did 2 rolls to give you double the chance to win the reason because i been falling behind due to the fact i got ill this weekend and so this post is late.
I got really rough Saturday, sleeped and sweated most of it out, still feeling a little tired but i reckon i will be OK tomorrow.
Drinking green tea and going to relax.

Battling the internet
Living in the countryside is great because there is loads of freedom and space, but the internet sucks and because they are doing a ton of work near us it is even worst than normal.

Over the weekend, while hanging with the kids i got to do some reflecting about my journey on Hive.
