Throughout the course of this series of podcasts we hope to answer the question of to what extent does the cash bail system target those in poverty in Washington state prisons?
It is a very important question as while it is well known that the bail system affects those without a great deal of money very differently to those with it, it is hard to pinpoint all of the different problems and the extent to which the issues run.
