Not all football is born equal and during the 'Byemageddon' the boys find this out the hard way.
There's a lot of fraudulent teams, players, coaches and owners, so we get around to calling them out in a week where a Hall of Fame QB throws multiple backbreaking interceptions, the Colts fire their Head Coach and replace him with an o-lineman and Geno Smith might be MVP.

Week 8, or Week 7 again if you're Tom, is in the books and so is the trade deadline but this time it's actually exciting!!
That's right we've got major moves on deadline day for once and we recap them all (well the big ones at least!). Who's the winner? Who's the loser? Why are the Chicago Bears front office being so weird? Who knows!

The weather played a massive part this weekend and there's a few big games that were disappointing as a result although the Detroit Lions remain the best team to watch in football.
Week 3 is in the books and we're getting to know these teams a little better, who's prime time viewing and who is the dregs of the league that don't offer anything of note to watch.
Somewhere in all of this is our love for the Detroit Lions, the Baltimore Ravens, the Jacksonville Jaguars and the utter disdain for the middling to downright awful performances that the 49ers, Steelers and Giants are putting out.

What a week - some banger games and some massive news!
Tom Brady has officially retired after 22 years of kicking the league's ass and becoming the GOAT, while Big Ben has also officially retired ending the career of the only Pittsburgh QB that Tom has ever known (that one year of Rudolph and one game of Charlie Batch don't count).
Then there's the two Championship games, a Superbowl to look forward to and some breaking news with Brian Flores suing the NFL, the Giants, Dolphins and Broncos. In a week that was down six teams, including some of the more exciting teams, it meant that we got to really dive deep into some of the 'other than' teams including the capitulating Chiefs, the downfall of Darnold, the rise of the Bengals and backup quarterback play aplenty!
There's also a game in particular that absolutely breaks Brad into having a full on meltdown on behalf of a non-Giants team. Swearing a plenty, so you've been warned.

Oh and players celebrating giving other players concussions, as well as a slew of injuries across the board impacting teams in a critical way.

The pre-season is over and now we wait for the real action to begin...

Football has nearly come home to Sunday nights, we just have the honour of Dallas versus Tampa to start us off on Thursdays before seven hours of glorious football for 18 Sundays. We're nearly there!!
It's the 50 burger and we're bringing back one of Brad's favourite and least favourite segments - the fantasy hits or misses!
That's right a year after decrying the RB2 (Dalvin Cook) and the TE7 (Rob Gronkowski), while hyping up the WR12 (Robert Woods) and TE13 (Hayden Hurst), Brad has decided to hang his hat on a few more names busting through and breaking down.
