1. Know your mental health support team. Choose 5 people who have stable mental health.
2.Stay In The Present Studying the past is a precursor to extreme regrets and studying the future is a remedy for high functioning anxiety.
3.Understand Your Gift Understand that your gift is unique. Whatever you bring to the table, comes from knowledge mixed up with your values and beliefs.
4.It's always a new experience the first time you try
5.The words you choose to describe you are the words you believe about yourself.
