The Tiny Plastic People podcast brings together a friendly bunch of hobbyists, all united with a love for plastic glue, paint, rolling dice and even if they say they don't, they definitely all have at least one Space Marine. From Warhammer to Frostgrave, mostly Warhammer, hobby tips and more, we bring you a neat look into the world of plastic soldiers, resin wizards and a whole fistful of dice.
Welcome one and all to a Tiny Plastic People Special! We celebrate the launch of Warhammer 40,000 10th edition by 1) playing some games of it, 2) thinking about the games and, finally, 3) having opinions about those games and using them to judge the entire game with words on a podcast! How novel!

James, Pete, JD and Dines have been in a hot hot room, then return to other hot rooms to talk all about the fantastic mega game experience they had in London on 18 June. That game was First Contact 2035 run by Very Large Huge Games. Basically, aliens arrive, but earth? Well, we got other problems.
So what is a mega game? Well, it is a game, but it is not quite a LARP, and it is not quite a model UN, there are 200+ players, there are aliens, and dice, but also at some point you can frame your friends for having weapons of mass destruction...
We natter about our experiences on the day, the odd stuff that occured while we attempted to maintain control and generally break down why we had such a great time. We should also say when we mention the actions of other countries, these in no way represent our opinions of them in real life, just within the world of the mega game.
Finally, we also attempt to put the game back into our minis loving box by talk what we could maybe apply some mega game etho to our plastic, metal and resin habits.

Welcome to another special episode of the Tiny Plastic People podcast, or should I say Tiny Resin People? Because we've met up and played our first games of Horus Heresy, aka Warhammer 30k aka The Age of Darkness. That's right, we got in our various modes of transport and headed to Warhammer World to bask in a weekend of dice, Bugman's burgers, too much coffee and the ever looming threat of the Forge World store.
In this episode we talk about taking our first steps in the game, a bit about its history, and then how we found actually playing it. Finally, with no spoilers or leaks, we discuss a bit about what we would like to see in the games future and our potential next projects.

Hello! It is a bonus episode of the podcast! The first of... many? We hope? This aside, where we are going, you won't need hope! Instead, Tom, Drew and James are around the table talking about the mini phenomenon that is Inq28, or Inquisimunda, or just Inquisitor, or... all those other dark, gothic, weird minis that haunt Instagram, just waiting for someone to say "Oh, that's really cool".

Hello! Well isn't this a treat? With Warhammer Fest 2021 just around the corner, we thought it would be a delight to gather around the microphones and make some wild (and sometimes educated) guesses at what could be hot and fresh in the worlds of Warhammer.
