As a filmmaker wanting to make art through the beauty of this world, I was told by someone I look up to "Learn about the world, before you make films about it." This made me want experience travelling more than just an all inclusive or that same holiday every year. I wanted to put my self in places where I have never thought that I would end up in, to then share the stories of those experience right here on Worn Out Shoes.
In this episode I dive into a lot of what happened during our road trip of the USA! There is so many untold stories that I still need to share but these are the ones that I remember at least.

My mum joins me in this episode to talk about her travels around 30 years ago compared to travelling now. She shared some really interesting stories that I haven't even heard. My mum is the reason I have this urge to travel the world, so I thought to get her on an episode would be a real insider to what makes me put on my travel shoes.

In this episode I talk about my recommendations for future volunteers of turtle rescue. I worked for ASTOP in Parismina but they all have similar work, from what I've heard. I try to give an understanding what to expect as well as what you might need to know before. I though to do this because of the lack of information I had before.
