Brad Robinson the owner of The Complete Athlete Training and Development - This development model is for athletes and coaches using a unique, holistic, people-first approach to support long-term development, on and off the field by building stronger PEOPLE first. The research-based approach is built on modeling excellence and true life experiences. I also believe that the missing links (often not addressed) to optimal performance reside in our foundational model of focusing on the whole person. This includes optimizing sleep, fuelling your body, mental health awareness, mindset and mental skills, rest, recovery, purposeful movement and the physical and tactical skills of a sport. This approach allows the athlete to optimize performance and experience success in life, long after the game is over on the field. I believe that If we build stronger people, as a result, we will build stronger athletes, students, workers, brothers, sisters, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers and so on who are set up for long term success in whatever they do in their lives! Let's GrOw!
For Brad, creating The Complete Athlete has been a lifelong endeavour, learning from experiences and pulling from 47 years of ups, and downs, overcoming obstacles, injuries, and healing, to ultimately living a life of consistent personal growth. Everything Brad shares, he has experienced and uses in his own life. Brad's experience on the Canadian Junior National team, a professional contract offer with the California Angels, playing college baseball in Long Beach California, and the Western International League across Canada and the U.S., assist in truly understanding the individual needs of the player. Brad also has had a successful career in the Fire Service for 17 years as a Firefighter and Lieutenant/Acting Captain, giving Brad an unparalleled skillset in leadership and team dynamics, most notably, the ability to understand and deal with group dynamics for successful outcomes in stressful situations. Brad has also owned a successful fitness business, and while in the Fire Service he was an IAFF Peer Fitness Trainer and Health/Wellness committee chair.

Jim Berger began his career in Denver as a local TV journalist before taking on senior management positions at outlets like Liberty Media. He credits that background for the acumen that informs the High Noon style.
âI think it came from my 10 years in local news, doing five stories a day and long-form stories and features for weekends. I just developed a curiosity about life and people â what makes them tick and why they are the way they are â whatâs extraordinary about the ordinary,â he says.
It was that experience that fueled the character-first approach thatâs always been the companyâs hallmark. Every hit show, he says, begins with an engaging and unique character â then itâs up to the team to honestly capture the unique flavor and drama of their world.
Throughout the past 25 years, with very little fanfare, jim and his team has produced nearly 6,000 episodes of television across roughly 350 series and specials, including genre-defining hits like Fixer Upper and Cake Boss (pictured). In fact, working from its Colorado home base, itâs quietly become one of the most reliable and successful producers in the business.
Dig a little deeper, and youâll hear the team and environment described as family, humane or collaborative. Itâs a people-first approach that High Noon co-founder and chairman Jim Berger looks to foster both on- and off-screen.

Dean Adams knows only one way to coach â with intensity. Dean gets very vulnerable on this edition of The People Progressing Podcast in talking about his struggles with alcohol addiction and wants to help others who might be experiencing the same thing.
Maybe that has something to do with his football mentality.
The Retired Grandview High School head baseball coach and defensive coordinator in football, is in The Colorado Dugout Club Hall of Fame.
"I want kids who graduate from our program so when they look back at it when they are 25, 30, 35, 40, they can say: âI had fun.â We try and do things where we have fun."
A number of players have gone through Grandview's program on their way to professional baseball including Kevin Gausman (Baltimore Orioles), Greg Bird (New York Yankees) and Jared Schlehuber (Kansas City Royals).
Adams doesn't necessarily take credit for the success of those players.
"One thing I've always tried to do is say âIt's ours, not mineâ when talking about the program here," Adams said. "We've had a lot of good kids come out of here. It's a feather in the cap for our program. It's nice for the head coach or any coach for that matter to say I hope I had a part in making them the men that they are. And it's the same for most of our coaches."But this program is not about me."
Coach Adams is out to help people now with addiction challenges.

Allison is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. She has been in the mental health field for about 14 years, working in a variety of settings with various populations. Most of her expertise involves working with children, families, and couples to heal from difficult experiences, improve relationships, and build resilience. As a child, she was highly sensitive and in tune with the emotions and experiences of others. She was also aware of my privilege of growing up in a supportive and loving family, in which she had all her basic needs met and more. This was not the experience of some of her classmates. She knew from a young age that she wanted to help people, long before she knew what a therapist was. And when she took her first psychology class in high school, she was hooked. Ever since, She has been driven by a passion for understanding people and relationships, and her own personal growth. She believes in the power humans have to heal. She never intended to run a group practice or mental health clinic, but when she started supervising and mentoring other therapists and saw the need for accessible and affordable mental health services, she decided to give it a try. That was in the summer of 2019 when she was pregnant with her first child. So two babies and a pandemic later, here we are. CRS currently has 30 staff across four locations. We offer counseling for individuals of all ages, couples, and families, as well as life coaching for adults.
