Who doesn't like cheese? The only people that don't are probably lactose intolerant... In this episode we have a special guest from across the pond who tells us all about cheese... and other topics. Ever thought about putting cheese in your cereal? Well, James recommends it, so we should all try it. Also, ever thought about owning a cow? Or how much it actually costs? It may be more than you think. Aside from the cheese topics, we talk about the future of podcasting and learn a little about the COVID-19 in the UK and the culture.  Take a listen, maybe with a bowl of Kellogg's and cheese while you enjoy this interview :)

What a week! Ever had one of those weeks where it was just so busy, so much going on, or just one of those weeks where you are exhausted. You can't possibly be bothered to be productive outside of work. That's a key characteristic of Adulthood. I just had one of those weeks. Unfortunately I was unable (or unwilling...) to put out an episode last week. Don't worry, I'm back on the horse (cpu) and got more content for you my loyal fans :)

Basically in this episode, I just talk about my week, some of the challenges and just have some fun talking about life and all its curiosities. So sit back and enjoy :)

This episode is sort of a continuation on the last episode with BlandyYeet on how to form lifelong habits, or just the struggles of doing so. How do we make these big changes in our lifestyle to live the life that we want or make the changes we know we should be making. In this episode I just share some of my thoughts and give some of my real-life examples of things I struggle with, things I've tried, and my perspective on the whole idea of becoming a more effective person, a more true version of myself. I think this whole topic is fascinating because there is so much happening in the world, in your life, in your day, that it can be difficult and seem downright impossible at times to make these lasting changes that you know you want to and should be doing. So, have a listen, see what you get. Doesn't hurt to listen :)

Language learning, assimilating, the everyday struggle of communication. Learning a new language is great, I believe everyone should do it, but it's not as easy at is seems. Not as easy as hearing your bilingual friends or watching these polyglots on YouTube. It takes time, effort, stress, millions of flashcards, but most of all it takes awareness. You're not just learning a language, you're learning a culture, how they think, act, feel, because if you truly want to master and understand another language, culture is very important. In this episode, I share some of my struggles and challenges, but also just some fun stuff through my language learning process (which will probably be a lifelong process). Enjoy :)

Great interview with Jerron of the BrokeBoiPodcast! In this interview we talk about the challenges of friends, social relationships and how they impact adulthood. It's difficult to make friends in Adulthood, there just feels like there's no time. On top of that, we want friends that we can count on, genuine friends that have similar interests, backgrounds, etc. In these times, especially during the pandemic, it is even more difficult and can really affect our wellbeing. Take a listen and support :)
