The story of creation is at the center of everything a Christian believes. If God did not create the world and everything in it, then all the theology of the Christian faith comes crashing down.
God’s Word is an anchor for your soul in a culture that is going from bad to worse. It’s necessary, sufficient, understandable, and final in the life of a Christian.

A commitment to forgive means that you are making a conscious choice to absorb the cost and cancel someone’s debt against you. You can do this because at the cross Jesus canceled your insurmountable debt.
There are small things that Satan uses to cause a BIG mess in our relationships. We must guard ourselves against these little foxes that harm our relationships and prevent us from living out God’s plan for our relationships.
Every day you are either pursuing your agenda for the relationships around you, or God’s agenda. God has a good plan for your relationships.
Relationships are often times messy, but God calls us to be in community with one another because God Himself is a community.
You can listen, have good intentions and feel inspired to change, but if there is no application of God’s Word it is pointless. A transformed life starts with a transformed heart.

Matthew 7:7-11 is not a treatise, a manual, or a how-to on prayer. It is much too sublime for that. We reduce it to its functioning parts at our peril, for in doing that we lose the heart of the Father who is at the center of Ask Seek Knock.
“Judge not” is one of the most misquoted statements Jesus made. In this famous passage He teaches us to respond to the failures and sin in other people’s lives in a gentle and caring way.

We can show radical love over retaliation and resentment and to those who are difficult because when we were enemies of God, He loved us first!
God has called us to be truthful and trustworthy ambassadors of His kingdom. When we are dishonest and use our words for selfish reasons, we steal God’s glory.
God designed marriage to be a lifelong supernatural covenant, between one man and one woman, that reflects the unconditional love of the gospel. Adultery, lust, and divorce ruin this design.
Moms have a big impact and pass their faith to the next generation. Often times this is with practical advice that points to the heart. King Lemuel’s mom did just that by powerfully praying for her son and teaching him to use his strength and position to serve others.

The tongue has the power of life and death! We need someone to do for us, what we cannot do for ourselves. Only God can tame the tongue and that starts with a personal relationship with Him.

Our love for God should drastically affect the relationships in our life. When our relationship with God is broken, the relationships around us will be broken.
God sends Malachi to share one thing with His people – “Return to me.” Before correcting us, God loves us because He chose us. His unconditional love should motivate us in all that we do.
