High school friends, Melody and Isabella, are oftentimes lost in their thoughts. For some reason, this always leads to the weirdest, most obscure conversations the world has ever heard of. (Hopefully) their chat can make you laugh along, but one thing is for sure, you will definitely be entertained by their amusing banter. New episodes every Wednesday!
We followed the billionaire morning routine for 3 days and it went surprisingly well. Maybe in the moment we felt extremely groggy from waking at 7 AM in the midst of summer break, but the whole routine was not that bad-- or so we thought... Stay tuned to find out what happens! - Sleep at 12 AM
- Early Start (7 AM)
- Recall Dreams
- Make your Bed
- Drink a Tall Glass of Water and Take Vitamins/Probiotics (We just drank lemon water)
- Meditation (20 mins)
- Two Minutes of Movement
- Have a Cold Shower
- Do Normal Routine (brush teeth, wash face)
- Make Tea
- Journaling + To Do, To Be, To Feel List
- Read for 30 mins
- Make a Smoothie
By the way, in this episode we pre recorded clips of us in the ACTUAL moment of completing the tasks for the routine. We later recorded our reactions to the audio of us doing the routine.
Happy first week of March everyone!! We're back! From now episodes will be posted every OTHER Wednesday! This week Melody and Isabella are going over the idea of ~past lives~. Yes, a rather deep topic, but it's kept light and interesting! Past lives are an extremely interesting belief of The Other Side, and to better understand it, Melody and Isabella are sharing facts, observations, and taking a Buzzfeed quiz to find out who we were in our past lives!( 99% sure that Buzzfeed isn't the best for deciding that but...IT'S FUN LOL)
