We talk so openly and honestly about him leaving, his racing career, coming back and rebuilding our relationship and his future plans.

This week is a bit different as we have our 3rd guest on the podcast and it's my good mate Charlotte Ford! We talk about our history and how we met in 2019 to our lockdown live streams to her starting Zed8 Motorsport (Charlottes' own race team) to Zed8's first race to making her own carbon fiber business which takes her to Praga managing the Praga Cup with drivers such as Jimmy Broadbent (very well known online creator) and Ben Collins (ex Top Gear Stig) and of course getting engaged at Christmas last year!

From the upside-down race that was Silverstone to the flare-encompassed Red Bull Ring in Austria, Ferrari show off their latest BBQ invention whilst rumours circulate that Max is still seeing orange from being blinded by the smoke. With the sad passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, it seemed fitting to have a small tribute for the longest serving monarch in British history. HM The Queen was present at the first ever Formula 1 championship race in Silverstone in 1950, which I found absolutely fascinating that she watched our beloved sport at its inauguration. She was an inspiration to many and to me, I took the lesson 'No matter how important/famous you are...never lose your humour'.
Rest in piece and may you and Phillip be with one another.

Spain…without the S for Ferrari on this race weekend, as we saw another dominant 1-2 finish from Red Bull and a Leclerc retirement! But we did get to see a fantastic battle between George Russell and reigning world champion Max Verstappen!

As soon as the F1 theme ended and we saw the river on the streets of Monaco, not only did we flashback to Spa 2021 but we thought the drivers might need to borrow some of the yachts parked in the harbor! Luckily the race got underway and ended under a TIMER, not by laps! The race ended with a record-breaking result!

The first sprint race of the year...the first mixed conditions race of the year too...what could go wrong?!

G'day mate...F1 returns to Australia's Albert Park for the first time since 2019 and the race was 'fair dinkum mate'!
In the fourth episode of season 2, I commentate on the 2022 Australian GP where some rather major track changes have taken place, mainly the old T9 T10 chicane has been demolished and is now one high speed section lead to the old Turn 11,12 which has been renamed T9,10...not confusing at all! McLaren demoing their actual pace to the other midfield?! Plus Ferrari domination and George Russell podium...what is not to love?!
So here is the third round of what will be another iconic season for Formula 1!

Certainly can confirm, this is gonna be a fantastic season!
In the third episode of season 2, I commentate on the 2022 Saudi Arabian GP where we see a full on political battle between the drivers and the FIA about if the race will go ahead due to an attack on a Aramco facility 12km from the circuit and finally see a Red Bull win for the first time in '22. From close battles between teammates Ocon and Alonso to a hugely intelligent battle to the DRS line for Leclerc and Verstappen, this race was no slouch!
So here is the second round of what will be another iconic season for Formula 1!

In this 3 episode release to finish off Season 1 of the RWR podcast, (after not the biggest but still a long hiatus this time) We are back to our commentating ways once again with what I'm calling the race of the gods. Hamilton disqualified after his DSQ due to the DRS flap being 87mm instead of 85mm when open. P20 to P5, then an engine penalty pushes him from P5 to P10. Then P10 to the win. INCREDIBLE. Then we move to a Silverstone 2020 wannabe with all of the punctures that happened at the Qatar GP, and then to finish we remember the late great Sir Frank Williams who was the epitome of the words Dedication and Determination. In this episode, (after the BIGGEST hiatus this time) We are back to our commentating ways with three nailbiting rounds of the 2021 Formula 1 World Championship. This time we watch the soaking Turkish GP where the term 'Slintermediates' was coined due to the Inters being too scrubbed in they turned into slicks. Then the United States GP where the finishing margin between Hamilton and Verstappen was 1.333s at the finish line and finally the Mexican GP where for the first time in Formula 1 history we see a Mexican driver lead his home race AND score a smashing podium to the delight of Perez and the home crowd. In this episode, a very different episode I might add, I sit down and chat with Leticia from BlaqueRose Coaching, an inspiration to all women and men out there who are struggling with domestic abuse, sexual assault, depression and feel like they need someone to give them advice! This episode is so different to what I usually do but I loved it to be honest. In this episode, I learned about her story and the horrific things she's been through from being homeless at 17 in Bermuda to getting stabbed by her boyfriend a few years later to setting up a coaching business to give black women a space to 'Get Their Mind Right'. Her story should make us more aware of the problems she talks about so we can help friends and family who are going through these events. If you are suffering from Domestic Violence or Sexual Assault or worse, you can go to your GP and start making notes every time it happens in case if something happens to you then your GP and the police have a strong lead to go on. YOUR GP IS BOUND BY LAW NOT TO TALK TO THE POLICE OR ANYONE ELSE UNLESS THEY THINK YOU ARE GOING TO COMMIT A CRIME, so it is completely confidential! More people need to know about this!

It's been 30 long years since episode 5 but we return...In this episode, I share my impressions and terrible commentary of the Azerbaijan GP at Baku. Funny story, I've never driven Baku in any F1 game or any other simulator but I did a few hours before the race started in the Monaco Gulf liveried Formula Hybrid 2020, and Baku is easily now my favorite track on the calendar! After F1, I go into my trip to Brands Hatch to watch the Masters Historic Festival with 1970's F1 cars and legendary Le Mans cars, yes that means LMP and GT! (Which ironically was exactly a month ago...whoops) Finally, I take about a very weird experience which I had recently.
