Jeremie and I speak on the different ways to survive and make extra income in this new decade by shifting to an Entrepreneur mindset. Eventually you can see yourself grow into a fully independent entrepreneur. He is the creator of the Latino Wealth Movement. He is inspiring and encouraging people of the Latino community to break stigmas and paradigms in order to evolve into a more fully rounded financial literate adult in our society. There are certain things that hold back Latino people in the form of ridicule and embarrassment from family and friends, or traditions and cultural inheritance that subconsciously hinder the wealth growth mindset. Not only do we speak on the specific circumstances that hold back Latinos but the millennial generation that is enthralled with the consumer mindset. Asking questions like why buy that product when you can buy it's stock share instead? Is it to impress others or to get instant gratification? Tools that can help people build themselves in the form of teaching from certain modern day gurus to classic books that will light the way to self-improvement around a financially literate life. For that I am grateful.

Julian is a pro fighter from New Jersey and has a current professional record of 20 wins and 0 losses. His next fight will be on October 31, 2020 and televised on ESPN. We talked about how he started, his motivation to keep going, his release in music creation, and thoughts about what else life can offer him after he accomplishes his goal in boxing. That goal is to become a world champion. This interview was set up by a mutual friend, Glenn, thank you! Julian is a very good hearted individual that accepts all the responsibility placed into his hands. Whether that responsibility is to be a father, a big brother, a professional with a public image, or a world class professional boxer. We talk about his efforts to channel his passions as a byproduct of staying home by order of his parents. While most can arguably say they ran the streets or hung out with peers, Julian from a very young age was restricted and was instilled with discipline to be someone of great importance, a mogul. Speaking from my entertainment background and hearing his talents I am amazed that he is a self-taught musician that can sing, play guitar, and produce beats. We weigh in the thought of how boxing or MMA fighting is the hardest sport to be involved in, professionally. In essence it's one on one, without the immediate reliability of a team. You need to watch your own back, be your own leader, and have incredible determination. The physicality, the mentality, the passion is what separates fighters from the rest. The best fighters are able to hold that responsibility and excel with it. His conscious talk and family references are a great look for Latino culture and epitomizes what we have to offer as a culture. He inspired me by knowing that there are good people in this world who put in the work and take on the challenges to be great all while remembering that it's family first, always. For that I am grateful.

Ashley was featured on the daytime TV show, The Doctors, for her 140lb weight loss journey. Since then she has set out to help and inspire adults and kids to eat better and make smarter choices on what to eat. This does not necessarily mean to exercise a lot. This interview is meant to help motivate people to regulate their eating and coping habits with food. We both share our stories of trauma and health issues with being over weight and what caused it all. I rid myself of 60lbs as a teenager due to being fed up with solidarity with no friends and bad health. I was the socially awkward kid and she was as she puts it, morbidly obese. With the trauma in childhood and the ease of fast food, it's easy to fall into a trap where the fat makes it hard to get out. We also discuss tips and techniques to get rid of the excess weight the right way and advise against how people do it the wrong way. With so much going on in 2020 people are quick to turn to easy greasy fast food because they lack the motivation to feed their body the proper food nutrition that can be quite tasty actually. She reminded me and inspired me that we are not alone in the weight loss journey. For that I am grateful.

Joy is local to Las Vegas for over 20 years now. She has been very active as a DJ up and down the Vegas Strip, on the Las Vegas radio airwaves, and on the mobile radio platform DASH Radio. She is also an activist for the American-Laotian Community. All while attending school to learn how to produce TechHouse Music and be a passionate activist for the Laotian Community. During this interview I was delighted to find out that she was so forward to talk about the bombings the US had done to Laos during the Vietnam War. She explained to me that the United States had dropped tens of millions of bombs across Laos and there are a vast amount that are still just laying around all over the country. These in particular have not exploded but are still very dangerous and can still explode. As one could imagine this presents so many dangers to the people of Laos who are just living, working, and kids playing in daily life. She partners with Activist group Legacies of War (IG @legaciesofwar) to bring awareness and give a helping hand to remove these bombs from the land of Laos. She has also made steps to improve the nightlife culture in Laos. We also discuss the growth of the Downtown Las Vegas Arts community and it's future with studios and venues giving Artists a platform to be heard from one of the most popular cities in the world, our home, Las Vegas. She opened my eyes to more culture, more history, and for that I am grateful.

Monej is a local Las Vegas Reiki Master and Sound Healer along with The Emotion Code and Body Code Theta, Antigravity Yoga, with Jewelry, Skincare, and Plant Medicine. After the conclusion of this video, the interview then becomes a private healing session after we toast. It's no coincidence that we were on the topic of speaking the truth from the power of the Throat Chakra that then my personal issues started to surface. Naturally as a healer, Monej jumped at the chance to use her gifts to tap into my frequency and placed her metaphysical potion of wellness into my being. For that, I am eternally grateful.
