In this final installment of the International Legal Comparicast, Westin, with the help and expertise of David Pigott, a professor of history at Brigham Young University — Idaho, explores the history and modern-day repercussions of the Jim Crow laws in the United States and Apartheid in South Africa, while simultaneously comparing and contrasting the two systems.
