In this episode, I will discuss how to stop living out of fear and start making decisions based on your core values. Fear of rejection cripples our ability to to say no when we should be saying yes to ourselves. Abusers project shame and guilt onto their victims to keep them living out of fear. It's time you take back control of your life and start living in the freedom of Jesus Christ. You are enough! MAY you give yourself permission to HEAL.
