Several hours before JK recorded this episode, he found out that he did not win Teacher of the Year for his school, despite being 1 of 3 finalist selected from 100 plus teachers. As 2022 comes to a close and we enter 2023, we must examine the things we said we were going to do this year but still have not done it. JK discusses in this episode how in 2023 our Words and Actions must agree. JK emphasizes that whatever we say, we must have the actions to match it. We have to not talk the talk, but we must also walk the walk. In 2023 JK wants you to constantly check to see if your words and actions are matching and if they aren't then make the changes so they do.

C-Sections have been a Taboo topic in the Black Community. It is not discussed often and when it is, it has been shunned upon.
