Today we are talking with Elder Jensen, a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, currently serving in Loganville, Georgia. Elder Jensen has been on his mission for 9 days as of today. Elder Jensen shares with us some of his experiences that led to him becoming a missionary and also about the learning journey as it continues to unfold.
Today we are talking with Elder Zollinger, a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, currently serving in Loganville, Georgia. Elder Zollinger shares with us some of the experiences he has had that helped him develop a testimony of Jesus Christ and helped motivate him to serve for two years as a missionary.
In this episode, we talk with Crystal Roberts. Crystal joined the church as a teenager living in Virginia and was the first to join the church in her family. Crystal has relied on the Lord as he led her to conversion and as He continues to strengthen her through every trial.
Before inviting others to share their testimonies, I thought it only right to share mine. I also wanted to include some of my rationale in doing this. I've been feeling prompted for some time, but was also fearing some fear and apprehension. When I send out the Article from M. Russell Ballard titled "Pure Testimony" for ward members to read, I got some really sweet responses back. One was the testimony of someone that I had never heard and it was powerful. I realized again that our testimonies need to be shared and in doing so we can connect in deeper and more meaning ful ways.
