Welcome to The Change, a podcast for people who are interested in learning more about the perimenopausal process and the changes that go along with it including mental, physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual. People do not understand perimenopause. There's a black box around this important piece of the lifecycle and as a result, people are confused, apprehensive, scared and potentially dreading not only the transition, but the rich years that come after it.
