I'm Sandhya Dhimmar. My mission is to uplift people because I genuinely believe that there is something inside of every human being on this planet that is waiting for them to tap into those inner powers. Until and unless some biggest incident happens with us, we just take our life for granted. After those incidents, we realized that life is a precious gift that is given by God. Every person has realized that power once in their lifetime. And, that is why I want to help people to know their inner powers. I hope my podcast brings the greatest value into your life.
Today, I'm going to tell you a beautiful story of my life.
One day, my sister and I went to the market for buying vegetables. After buying the vegetables, we came back home. I get down from the bike, and my sister was parking the bike. All of a sudden, I have seen one lady who was sitting at our home doorstep. I was observing her, and thinking in my mind, why she set down on the home doorstep. I got closer to her and asked her the question: What happened to you? Do you need some water? She replied very politely: No, I don't need anything. I went to the market for buying some stuff and now I'm going back home. I set down here because I have a knee problem. I said, no problem. You may sit here. I told that lady, what if, we can take you off to your home? Till then, my sister came and I told my sister please take off to her home. It was difficult for that lady to stand up. I and my sister helped her to stand up and set down on the bike. She started crying and blessing us deeply from her heart.
By looking at her, I realized she was in great pain. My heart was filled with happiness, joy, and fulfillment that I have never experienced before by doing anything.
That day I realized, we are living in this generation where people tend to be very smart. Because, if someone asked us for help then first we logically think, they aren't taking advantage of us. Actually, this also happens with many people and that is why a lot of people don't help.
But, what I believe is: You will recognize when someone's intentions & energies are pure. One of my friend's father has said this to me: Not all the people on this planet are bad. It hits me so hard.
The moral of the story is whenever someone is looking for your help then recognize their intentions & energies are pure and help with full of your heart.

In this episode, I have talked about the usage of social media platforms.
In the beginning, we use social media to keep in touch with our friends and our extended family members. With the demand increase for social media, now, it becomes a platform to build a brand and increase the brand's visibility.
We judge people's lives based on their social media profiles. Don't you think we are committing a mistake here? No one likes to post bad things about their life. No one likes to post when they are sad, miserable, lost, or not happy. Everyone likes to post just good things about their life. (Of course, exceptional people are always there.)
Whenever we judge someone's life based on their social media profile, remember one thing we are just looking at one aspect of their life not every other aspect of their life.
Someone is posting just good things about their life it doesn't mean everything is going good on in their life. They are just posting good things (only one aspect of their life), but it doesn't mean that they are not struggling somewhere in their life.
Don't you guys think that your privacy is more important than likes, dislikes, comments, and shares?
Social Media is a platform that allows us to post anything and everything about our life. Someone likes to post good things about their everyday life, someone wants to just connect with family & friends, maybe someone wants to share their thoughts & feelings, someone wants to grow their businesses, maybe someone wants to follow their passion, etc.
Everyone's purpose to use a social media platform might be different. Isn't it?

Fear is nothing but just an illusion in your mind that is created by your mind only. Be honest with yourself and others. We are humans, we do mistakes, admit our mistakes, and learn from them.

It's always easy to judge someone but it's always hard to understand someone deeply. It's always easy to judge someone based on their current situation, specific behavior, and overflowing emotions.
We humans, tend to judge people fastly without even understanding. We, humans, are inclined to judge people based on what we see and what we hear but we never try to understand people's background, a terrible experience they have been through, untold suffering, and inexpressible tales.

Put yourself in somebody's place then you will realize the actuality.
It's quite easy to point out the mistakes of others but when the time comes to figure out our own mistakes then it's hard to do so. Figuring out your own mistakes takes an enormous of time and energy to go back into the past what you have done, to learn from it, and not to repeat it.
It's quite simple to say things that are already told by great people, which is already written in the book, and which is told by spiritual discourse.
