Cas Abao, Curaçao!
We took to the skies with our drone to explore the exquisite Cas Abao. I'm excited to share the footage with you! The name 'Cas Abao, Curaçao' rolls off the tongue so beautifully. But, getting back on track, I've affectionately named this stunning beach the 'Cyan Beauty,' owing to the mesmerizing cyan shade that paints the entire coastline. Walking here felt like stepping onto a radiant, precious gem. Amidst our journey around the island, this beach stood out as one of the more frequented ones. It's not hard to see why, given the array of human-made amenities available: from lively bars and inviting restaurants to a resort hosting various events. The scene is dotted with charming thatched straw umbrellas, completing the picturesque setting with amazing vibes. Thanks for watching!

Turtle Beach near Black Rock on the island of Tobago is not only a site for a nice hotel (Starfish Resort, seen in video) and tourists but also a location within which leather back turtles visit to carry out their egg laying and nesting. We managed to visit just in time for the season but all I ever got to see were the large prints and mounds of the nests in the sand left by the large creatures.
The sunruse was quite breathtaking and waters and sands were so beautiful! The color of the waves was something that was hard to see at ground level but at the aerial level, it was quite apparent and saturated! The water was extrememly calm and accentuated the tranquility of the morning!

Pembroke Bay in Tobago was a random beach we managed to stop off at during our trip to another location (Argyle waterfalls for those who have been following along) and we were more than surprised to find such a beautiful beach filled with such breathtaking views!
The waves were quite rough and rose o high as they hit the retaining wall as you will see in the video. It was so exciting to have found such a charming bay we had never seen or been to before!

This is some of the rarest cinematic drone footage at Store Bay in the little Caribbean island of Tobago. The airport was literally next door to this location so I had to fly with extreme caution and very low. You can find the full post about the visit that day here.
I had asked permission and was allowed to fly at a safe altitude! Store bay is understandably the most popular beach on the island. It is most known for its blue waters and white sands that are a result of the Buccoo reef that is nearby. The colors and vibrance that this location had to offer always is an amazing experience and Store Bay is a must visit for anyone coming to the island!

Englishman's Bay is a very eye pleasing concave-shaped beach on the far eastern and remote edge of the island. It takes a long almost two hour drive, winding and mountainous and is very much worth it! This was the first time I got to visit!
From the aerial drone views, the colors of the waters could be seen more clearly as well as the depth and how clear the waters were. There were even patches of reef here and there that you can see from the footage straight through the waves.

Parlatuvier Bay is situated on the northern coastline of the small Caribbean Island of Tobago. It was quite a long drive from where we were staying the Sandy Point Resort. Meaning that this was on the opposite end of the island from where we were staying! We knew nothing of the beach , how it would look and it meant that this was the first time we were experiencing this just as you may be.
While flying in this video, I managed to find a hidden waterfall that we later found out was not previosuly discovered, known or named! This was some of the most exciting parts of the whole trip and I was quite glad to be able to be part of discovering new places and features of our beautiful twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago!

Argyle Falls can be found on the little island of Tobago in the Caribbean. Ironically, though, for the hundreds of times I've visited Tobago, I have never gone on the hiking trail to see these falls! Everything you see in this video along with me is what I saw for the first time as well. The trail to the falls is a well kept hiking path through verdant Tobagonian forest and bamboo lined streams, then along the river to the cascading waters upstream. The walk was easy and leisurely for what felt around 20 minutes!
Even though the waters were brown because of the heavy rainfall, it still to me, did not retract from the beauty of the forest and the falls. After all those years of coming to Tobago, I won't be ashamed to say I have not visited Argyle as yet! Hope you enjoy the video, thanks for watching!

The pride of Tobago, literally a step away from the airport is Store Bay where one can get a glass bottomed boat tour of the Buccoo Reef as well as get to swim in the Nylon Pool (an amazing clear shallow stretch of pristine waters that look like a pool in the middle of the ocean). It was so much fun filming this location with the #DJI #air2s.

Just off the eastern coast of Tobago is Goat Island.
I set the drone off from the Tobago coastline and flew it all the way to the Goat Island. This was the first time I was using it to go such a distance and well to my surprise I was able to gather these awesome video clips as well as some photos before coming back on the return trip with around 20% battery left! Farallon Rock is what remains of an old offshore hotel that used to be popular in the 1900's here in the Caribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobago. It has been home to some large roaring parties back in the day but now all that remains is the foundations after being eroded and subject to vandals over the years.

(This is not an ad!) This time, the filming was done by the client themselves and my task was to do the editing so if you notice a drop in the quality of the video, you know why. We have a lot of patriotic citizens in Trinidad and Tobago and the selling point of this client is that of locally themed apparel that there is a demand for. Especially because of social media and so on, people love to buy these kinds of merchandising to show off on Instagram and Facebook or wherever they choose fit.

A client of mines needed a promotional video for one of their essential oil products, namely lavender. I had never heard of essential oils before nor used them so naturally, I did some research before hand and got some models film and voila! The client was pleased.

This is a promotional video that I did for a client called Explore 868. He usually goes around the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago taking photos and videos as they go along for their Instagram and YouTube channels. This project was very exciting to work on and it was one of the first few projects that I used my new drone on. We tried to capture his process that he would go through at a location of interest with his drone and also his process of taking photos and so on while still showing off some cool locations that he might go to.
In this video you would see a stretch of coconut trees that is located at Manzanilla as well as a group of mountains and the sea Near Maracas beach along the North Coast road. We spent the night on the beach, barbecuing and eating until sunrise! Sunrises at the beach on the east coast are some of the most beautiful sights on Earth in my opinion. The sky and clouds were perfect and the weather was just right! It was something about the sound of the waves, birds flying by and the radiant sunlight that peaked through the clouds. There weren't any people there except us taking in the breath taking sight and the waves and sand were all that mattered. It is an experience I may never forget.

I was feeling a bit tied up recently so I decided to take the drone and head out to a nearby beach to catch some beautiful scenery. Due to the Quarantine and so on, no one was there except for a few people here and there but I had to the whole place to myself! The wind speeds were very low and the conditions were okay for a nice flight. The only thing though is that there was a flock of birds following the drone around, trying to be territorial. It was quite nerve racking!
