We are semester 3 degree students from the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies (MASSCOMM) in Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam. Bachelor in Communication Management and Policy (CMP). Our objectives are to use this platform wisely to reach more people all around the world to inform and educate the publics about policies.

Crowd crush definitely could leads to harming the well being of the public. Hence the need to understand the importance of it to ensure not only the safety of the public but also what should be done during the crowd crush incident. Mass gathering or social events with a huge capacity would need proper planning and control to prevent this issue from happening, however in some cases it could still happen. The effect of following the crowd is due to the tendency of people to align with what others are doing at the moment which is why in this episode safety tips as well as survival tips of crowd crush are discussed. We are with Dr Afiq who is a medical officer in the Emergency Department at Sultan Ahmad Shah Centre@IIUM together with Hajar and Atul to conduct a sharing session about the safety and survival tips during crowd crush.
Crowd crush and stampede may have a similar elements yet a fine line of difference where stampede is defined as people running in the same direction while crowd crush is defined as people trapped in little or Episode subscription = no space to move or even breathe. These often happens when the crowds density exceeds within the space of the the events and in the worst cases it could leads to severe injuries or death. In this episode, we are with Dato Arjunaidi Mohamed, a former Chief Police of Selangor Contingent and was responsible in public safety together with Hajar and Atul to conduct a discussion about the differences of crowd crush and stampede in his point of view as well as the Act in Malaysia relating to this issue. The discussion also includes the in-depths of the crowd crush situations and How the public should have acted during the crowd crowd situation.
Animal cruelty encompasses a range of behaviours harmful to animals, from neglect to malicious killing. Most cruelty investigated by humane officers is unintentional neglect that can be resolved through education. Intentional cruelty can run the gamut from knowingly depriving an animal of food, water, shelter, socialization or veterinary care to maliciously torturing, maiming, mutilating or killing an animal. In this episode, we are with Mr John a representative from PAWS Animal Welfare Society, together with Jamal and Normah to conduct a sharing session about animal cruelty policy in Malaysia and its implementation.
The COVID‑19 pandemic is harming health, social and material well-being of children worldwide, with the poorest children, including homeless children and children in detention, hit hardest. School closures, social distancing and confinement increase the risk of poor nutrition among children, their exposure to domestic violence, increase their anxiety and stress, and reduce access to vital family and care services. In this episode, we are with Puan Izyan a representative from Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM), together with Night and Ily to conduct a sharing session about a policy in Malaysia between Covid-19 and its relation towards the well-being of children.
Description: Child abuse is not just physical violence directed at a child. It is any form of maltreatment by an adult, which is violent or threatening for the child. This includes neglect. In this episode, we are with Puan Sharifah Yuliana Bt Syed Ali Hanafiah a representative from UiTM Shah Alam, together with Khairil and Syabila to conduct a sharing session about child abuse in Malaysia and why is it a concern towards the society.
