Entertainment Talk Show Format with Host Comedian Anna Strong. Our mission is to raise awareness, provoke research and provide education for people suffering from chronic autoimmune conditions in a supportive and caring community.
Avital was twelve years old when she started throwing up, losing weight and withered down to sixty pounds. Her parents and doctors suspected anorexia or bulimia until she was finally admitted to the ER - Her new (hospital) doctor ran tests and found out she had crohn's disease. But by this time they had no choice but to remove a section of her intestines as it had become so badly damaged.
Confused and hurt but healing, she moved out on her own at to find herself at the tender age of seventeen only to end up back in the hospital at age 25 to undergo an ileostomy. This tragedy was a major turning point affecting every aspect of her life.

Micheal Phelan is a hugely successful entrepreneur launching and shaping companies throughout his career. During a very stressful time of his life Michael began to notice something was not right physically. He pushed on while experiencing the rapid onset of MS until he was flying around the world making deals in a wheelchair.
Mike did not take this diagnosis relying solely on western medicine with a declaration of “there is no cure take these pharmaceuticals” and wait to die a horrible death. He did his research, flew to Russia and went under the care of Dr. Denis Fedorenko. He underwent a procedure called HSCT (Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant.) The procedure wipes out the defective immune system and replaces it with your own stem cells. His Tenacity and Courage paid off! He completely stopped the progression of the disease and recovered most of his abilities. He still tests negative today, CURED.
Mike is an inspiration, helping many others who are suffering from autoimmune disease through educational resources he has learned through his journey with MS.
He now enjoys his expanding family and is working hard to master the ukulele so that he can someday soon occasionally play with his wife’s jazz band. Life is Good.

Holly was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2008, (the summer after my freshman year of college) after being hospitalized 6 times in the span of 5 years, and was affectionately referred to as the “frequent flyer” by the resident nurses. She lived in a state of uncertainty walking through my life on egg shells while working hard to maintain a facade of normalcy.
In 2013 Holly took her health into her own hands and made Once nutrition and proper fitness her priority. The flare ups become much more infrequent allowing her to reclaim her quality of life.
Holly is now a certified health coach and the founder of Colitiscope Nutrition. She specializes in health and lifestyle coaching for the ambitious individual who are ready to reclaim their life and get back to doing what they love.
Holly knows the struggle of living with an invisible chronic illness. She has always lived an active life through running, working out, and traveling, and refuses to let IBD hold me back.

Stem Cell Therapy could be the cure for disease.
Currently, Stem Cell Therapy is expensive and not available to the masses. It is not covered by insurance in the United States but you can find clinical studies currently being done with huge success stories. Unfortunately most autoimmune diseases are not in clinical studies WHY? In May 2018, The 'Right to Try' bill lets patients try “experimental therapies” that aren’t yet FDA approved. For too many years, the FDA has been a puppet of Big Pharma and the medical industry. It won’t approve life-saving therapies without years of strict clinical trials. And in many cases, it won’t EVER approve therapies that compete with Big Pharma’s drugs. In the meantime, real people are suffering and even dying.

Georgia whom I like to call "Georgia Katie" Is a beautiful young girl who suffers from Lupus as well as a conglomerate of other autoimmune diseases. She is on many prescriptions. MEET The CRONIES! This Dynamic Duo is fighting Crons Disease together and helping many people along the way! Aaron had Crones first and gave it to Jen. Not really but they were married for years before Jen was diagnosed and now they share everything! Aaron takes a more pharmaceutical route and Jen goes a more holistic mind body soul approach. Alyssa is a beautiful girl who was diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome at 12 years old. She has fought her whole life trying to get better. Meet Kaylee Bachmann. Diagnosed with Scleroderma, a rare, chronic condition that currently has no cure. The hardening of connective tissue disorder affects the entire body. The leading cause of death in Scleroderma is when it attacks the lungs: Pulmonary disease. The condition literally turns the organs in the body to stone from the inside out.
In 2012, Kalee learned of her condition after a sinus surgery revealed signs of Scleroderma. Kalee was able to successfully manage the disease and halt the fibrosis in her lungs for over 5 years. She completed her degree at UCSB, began a career in finance, married the love of her life and had their first child, all while managing Scleroderma. Shortly after the birth of her son her health began to crumble and her doctor gave her the news that she had 5 months to live. This is her story and how she did it. Lynne is a licensed clinical social worker and has been working as a psychotherapist for over 20 years. She was sick for years with an autoimmune disease (rheumatoid arthritis) that she was told was incurable.A once-active life now revolved around doctor visits and endless pain and fatigue.
Lynne saw Habin, a skilled curandero (shaman) in a documentary and found hope. She left her life in San Francisco and went to the Peruvian Amazon and experienced a profound healing with the help of medicinal plants and Habin. Today her blood tests are all normal, and she is pain-free, symptom-free, and off ALL of her medications for four years now.
Her practice has shifted to supporting people who have experienced spiritual breakthroughs or crises, and helping people to integrate psychedelic experiences. Lynne's work focuses on the exploration of consciousness, and integrating parts of the self that are blocked or hidden.
