This episode explores an idea from Heschel that everything we do and say in the House of the World matters. Against a backdrop of cynicism and absurdity, Vietnam and Civil Rights, Heschel maintained that the word was made by God, that life was meant to b lived with God, and that human religion is simply the answer to God's question. Food for thought, and some meaning we really need right now in an absurd culture.
